      I am writing to complain about one person Colton Carrington, VP of Operations. He was downright rude on the phone when I called. They also have a payment policy that I never read by signed where they bill you $25 month for late payments, they double it every month thereafter. I called to pay the bill and ask Colton to forego the penalties. He agree to forego $25 of the $75, then withdrew his offer after I asked about am online payment system to make it easier for customers to pay their bills online. He said they were too small to offer the ability to pay online. I told him that even smaller practices than has the payment system. That was when he got rude and mad and said that I signed for pay late penalties and was not going to forego the $25 that was initially offered Colton Carrington is rude an obnoxious and should never be in such a position where he threatens people with collections. His bills were late, and I never received the initial bill. I do not think it is legal to have these penalties, even if we sign for it. Who reads these small text anyway?

      Hey Kesva, thank you for providing us with valuable feedback. This allows us to improve our patient care. I am sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your experience or our payment processes. We try our best to make payments easy, but unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer an online portal to complete payments. It is something we hope to be able to offer in the future. We did send several bills via mail prior to the late fees being added per the financial policy you signed at the beginning of your plan of care. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
