I contacted ADM to remove several dead tree branches from a tree hanging over my home. On the day of service, the representative showed up and asked me if I had a ladder so he could reach the branches (????)! I didn’t and was surprised/disappointed he didn’t come prepared. He then proceeded to cut two branches away and left the rest of the job unfinished and 100% unsatisfactory. I called the owner on the spot, left a message and was not called back until the next Monday. When I spoke with the owner, he ARGUED with me about the job (without even coming out to see for himself) and said it was complete even after I sent photos clearly showing the dead branches STILL hanging over my house. I told him I would not pay for the service until the job was complete. The owner was completely unprofessional and rude to be quite honest. The business is now harassing me by continuing to send collections notices when he clearly knows he won’t be paid because the job was unsatisfactory, incomplete and unprofessional. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any services company and I would highly recommend you find another service.

Good Afternoon BBB, We at ADM TREE SERVICES LLC, are rejecting this complaint ********* that was submitted on 8/8/2021 under the customer of M****** N***. We gave the client a written proposal for work to be rendered at her property on Wednesday June 23rd 2021 which included “Trimming a tree back from the porch roof” for $160.00. The client agreed to proceed with the work that was in the written proposal and we decided to schedule the services to be rendered that following Saturday. The proposal that she agreed to didn’t include the removal of dead branches. We have mentioned to her that if she wanted additional work done or added to her proposal that it would be an additional charge because our estimator only gave her an estimated price for the branches to be trimmed back from the porch roof so that they’re not touching the roof. She refused that. All work has to be in writing before we proceed with any work so that there is no confusion. Our crew members always bring their own equipment to each job as well so that they can perform their job. We have sent her one invoice when the work was completed and she emailed us telling us that she flatly refused to pay for the work that was rendered at her property. We gave her until the end of the following month to make payment arrangements and she emailed us back once again to say that she flatly refuses to pay for services that she agreed upon.
