  Finding honest, reliable and reasonably priced service providers for homeowners can be a daunting task. I am glad that I am now connected to Drain Wizard. While it took over a month during holiday season to get the complete problem diagnosed (between homeowner, HOA & one additional plumbing company) - John from Drain Wizard was finally able to see full sewer collapse issue and put together a plan for repair that was equitable for both me and the HOA. He provided excellent communication throughout and calls into the main office for any support were answered. This would have been a full 5 star review if Drain Wizard techs sent out to property twice by the HOA would have been able to determine the problem, especially with supporting evidence provided from the second plumbing company on their second visit. However, this could have been a result of a lack of communication and direction from the HOA office. While this could have saved weeks of worry and $$$$ spent on a separate repair fix, I am still extremely satisfied with the end outcome and definitely will be calling on Drain Wizard in the future for any needs. Thanks Drain Wizard and specifically thanks John.

  I have tried to get a response via phone and email regarding some work to be done. All I received was an estimate for the amount of hours (approximately) less parts. I then sent another email requesting a quote to lock in the time needed and the cost of the parts which I had priced on amazon. Years ago I had been burned when they bumped up their price even with a written quote. My fault for giving them a second chance. Two emails were sent and no one responded.

  We left voice mail and quoted a time and material rate twice. Due to the nature of the work requested and unknown factors we are not always able to give a written quote and that was communicated to the customer. I have looked back at the job that was performed in 2021. Quote was ***** and the amount paid was ***** so I am unaware of what the problem was at that time.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We contacted this company to come out to replace our busted water heater with a tankless heater. They told us the owner would have to contact us to give the quote. We called several times that week and no one ever got back to us so we sought out other companies because we desperately needed hot water. We ended up using another company to replace the hot water heater and out of nowhere Drain Wizard 3 weeks later sends a bill. The woman they have calling my husband is rude and we explained that no work was ever performed due to them not contacting us about a request for service. This woman said well what did you think we were going to do. We have used this company before and they let us know how much the service was going to be and we settled up our invoice with them before they left our home after the work was performed. This particular time we called about the hot water heater there was quote given for a tank replacement but we wanted tankless so we were at the mercy of the owner to get a quote for it. Meanwhile our family (3 young children) had to travel to other friends and family's home to shower and take care of basic necessities. This is what prompted us going with another company because we needed hot water for our family. We will be filing a claim with the Department of Justice under the grounds of consumer fraud since they have continued to call rudely demanding payment for services that were never rendered. I will NEVER use this company again.
