I purchased a ***** model * from this organization on 8/11/2023. The vehicle was taken to the ***** dealership for “updates”. The vehicle eventually comes back to the lease center and needed a state inspection. Vehicle fails state inspection because of bad wheel bearings. I was told that the wheel bearings were replaced, but salesman wanted to make sure the car was “perfect” by detailing the vehicle. I go on a cruise and another week goes by. I message them when I return, the sales person doesn’t respond. Someone else calls me two days later and says the car will be delivered on Saturday August 26, 2023. I call the day of and gentleman says we’ll call you in about an hour when it’s on its way. Business closes and not one has called and I still don’t have my vehicle. I’m not sure why they are holding it hostage; I don’t know if they got another state inspection; I don’t have a clue what’s going on.Business Response

Where to even begin. ONE- liars... they told me the car I bought was all good and would "send a video" because they were avoiding answering my questions. When the car arrived (a week late,) after they tried to tell me I had to pay for the shipping despite their own website saying it was free, the driver said "Oh you aren't home, we will leave the keys with it and leave, sorry. TWO - I said NO, i live in downtown San Diego, the car won't still be there if you do that. After they lied to me and said, "oh no don't worry we will work with you on a delivery time." I SENT SEVERAL follow ups MAKING SURE to mention I CANNOT leave work to go there, so we needed to schedule a time. But they had NO IDEA what was going on and lied through that, then exactly what I told them I could not do happened anyway, because of a complete lack of care and oversight. THREE- check engine light, flat back tire, missing tie sensor, missing back up sensor, both the front and rear bumper are not even aligned. The liner on the roof is peeling off, the cup holder is ripped apart, the center console is ripped apart, the dash is missing buttons and others are damaged beyond being able to read... and NONE OF THIS was disclosed EVER. I was told my new state tags will come in the mail. FOUR - There is no hood latch mechanism, and the backup features do not work correctly. Again, NEVER disclosed despite me asking SEVERAL times about ANYTHING wrong with the car. FIVE - No updated tags ever arrived "Oh yeah they are in the mail don't worry." Total lie. ****** **** and **** ******* are complete scammers. Once you have an agreement, they stop responding and disappear completely. There is more I do not even have the time and energy to go over. SCAMMERS Once you sign a contract they check out, no more anything, they told me the car was detailed, lint was literally falling off the mirrors.Initial Complaint

I paid 29,000 for this car they charged me taxes and my car would not pass inspection. I could not get my tags registered in Maryland they added extra dealer fees that weren’t properly displayed anywhere in the dealership. The transmission went up in two weeks and they told me it was nothing they could do about it.Initial Complaint

Purchased a vehicle from them and everything went fine no complaints on the staff. The issue I have is like many others is the title problem. I was told the processing fee was for them to do the title work so it was paid. I also paid all taxes and title and other fees required to get my tags. My temporary tag was about to expire and I was told to contact their title department. After numerous calls emails the title guy responds to me saying he was sorry and it would be done right away and he would send a new 30 day tag. I did receive one days later. Then I get a call that they still haven’t done the title work and if I was interested in doing it myself that they would send me the title to take to the dmv. I said if I have to do all the work I paid you for then I want my processing fee refunded. The guy agreed and sent my title with a check for the fees but didn’t include the processing fee. I called back and now the ****** guy says that’s up to sales and not to bother him. Sales is saying they don’t do titles outside of Virginia but obviously that’s not what was told and based on other complaints they do. This vehicle will not get titled unless the refund my processing fee or do it themselves as agreed. My bank has been notified and has attorneys ready as they will need to get their vehicle and refund the loan amountInitial Complaint

My husband & I went into LRC 9/2/22 to look at a 2017 ****** ******. The salesmen ******* told us we could test drive it but dont back it in when we return. After test driving it I was concern about a tire pressure warning sign on the vehicle, but ******* said once we purchased the vehicle, it would get new tires and an alignment and the warring signs would go away. He told us it didnt have damage history, showed a carfax as proof. offered a warranty that was full coverage for everything bumper to bumper. We purchased the vehicle & warranty but needed to wait a week to pick it up. ******* assured us the alignment & tires would be taken care of in that week. A week later we arrive at LRC to pick up the car and the tire pressure warning sign is still on. He says we should drive around to clear it. Once home it began having several problems when in reverse. The side mirror jerks & makes noise, the car jerks & makes noise & sometime wouldn't even reverse. After taking it to a Nissan dealer we were told it needs a transmission, side mirror, alignment and so much more. The bumper to bumper warranty purchased didnt cover any ot this, but said it would give us a used transmission. We would have to pay around $700 or$800 out of pocket & they can't guaranty how reliable it would be, but they would be willing to give another used transmission if that one breaks down (then we pay another 7-800) When I called ******* to explain all this he started telling me how I bought a machine, I told him that's fine but I wanted a working machine, & I think he knew this "machine " didn't work when he sold it. He immediately became loud & angry, then shamed me for buying the vehicle. Saying it had only arrived on his lot 2days before I purchased it, You seen sold as is and still purchased it. Thats what happens when you buy from a used dealership, don't talk to him about the car problems. The next day demanded I come pick up $600 then got angry again because I didnt. Andthe SUV is damagedInitial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from this horrendous dealership and *****************************. I was having the vehicle shipped at a cost of $1300. To begin with, ******* is very much a know-it-all and talks over the customer and he doesn't even allow a customer to finish a sentence. I ended up jumping through all the hoops of sending him the information. He said he was overnighting me the paperwork and, in fact, cheaped out and sent it priority mail. I got it on Friday, spent $26 to overnight it to the dealership. They got the $22000 check, deposited it on Saturday, but when I tried to get information on when the car was being shipped, it was radio silence. I texted ******* twice on Saturday, with no response. I called the dealership on Monday morning and was treated very rudely by the woman who answered the phone. She told me ******* would be there in 40 minutes and that wasn't going to make a difference. I then texted ******* and he called me right away and told me in response to my text that it wasn't okay that it was okay, because he didn't work Saturday. He then proceeded to scream at me, talk over me, and then finally threaten me that I didn't have an upper-hand while they have my money and my car. I wasted $26 to overnight a check, then they go radio silent. The conversation ended on Monday morning with him screaming at me that I was a *************, shut my smart mouth and then he texted me saying in all caps BLOCKED! DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN. BI POLAR LITTLE ****. Verbatim.I would caution anyone with doing business with this crazy dealership. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back and make sure to stop payment on the check because the loan is already activated. They are literally crazy at this dealership and the most offensive, rude, insulting people I've ever encountered. I don't know if they're even an actual business based on my experience.Initial Complaint

Terrible customer service, start to finish. Both the reviews and the dealer's replies here demonstrate the high level of unprofessionalism and downright pettiness of the staff, especially the manager. Purchased a vehicle here four months ago and had to remind tag/title constantly to stay on the ball. They failed to produce tag/title even after 4 months (ample time) and maxed out the number of temporary tags allowed by the state, leaving the vehicle unable to be driven legally. Once that last deadline passed, they accosted me for seeking help from the bank and the DMV. Further, they withheld delivery of plates as a form of petty revenge for a negative google maps review. The manager maurice personally called and texted me, harassing me to remove the negative review. He will likely reply to this review in a similar fashion. Do not give this place your business. They do not value your time and will skirt their legal obligations to you on tag/title.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out. First, I would like to apologize for your negative experience with our company.
I want you to know that your complaint and feedback will give us the chance to improve and serve our customers better in the future.
I can understand how frustrating it must have been with the tag situation. With that being said the vehicle was purchased from our store 2/18/22, All documentation required to register the vehicle was sent to Ohio state DMV in the time frame provided to us.
Ohio DMV reached out to you to complete a form necessary to process the registration, The form mailed to you by Ohio DMV was not received back in a timely fashion so Ohio DMV did title only this vehicle on 4/16/22.
When registering vehicles with another state somethings we are not able to control, Going forward we now know in Ohio an additional form will be mailed by the DMV directly to the customer to validate the registration request.
I‘m sorry once again for your poor experience, if you need any further assistance please let us know.Customer Answer

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:I completed all necessary paperwork with the title rep and made multiple trips in person to the dealership to provide original copies. This month, I was able to complete the entire process by myself with the Ohio Bmv in a matter of days. This dealership couldn’t get it done in 4 months.
This is all besides the point of being treated extremely unprofessionally by the title clerk and the manager himself and having my plates being held as ransom for removing a negative ****** review. The pettiness and incompetence of this dealership is unmatched.
Regards,
