      I had a problem with my car loan, everything was fine and I wanted to solve the problem the same day, I paid what I had to pay, when I wanted to pick up my car I realized that the bank makes deals with criminals, the bank authorizes them to charge you what they want and cash so as not to pay taxes, I am very upset and I felt unsafe in that place since they do not accept debit or debit cards. If I had known this beforehand I would never have used this bank.

      This response is to the complaint we received from the Better Business Bureau on November 13, 2024 (Review ID *******. An application for the purchase of a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado was submitted to United on August 31, 2022, and the request was approved. No representative of United Bank was involved in the purchase negotiation between you and ***** of ***********. The loan request did not disclose any money down as part of the purchase. The Retail Installment Sales Contract and all supporting documents were submitted to United Bank on September 15, 2022. The Retail Installment Sales Contract with your signature affixed does not disclose any money in the Federal Truth In Lending Disclosure section nor the Itemization of Amount Financed section. This is consistent with the initial application submitted for purchase. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact us.       I used United Bank for over 5 years. During that time I had no issues with them. That all changed recently when I found out they allowed scammers access to my accounts. When I went to the actual bank in person to prove to them I am who I am, the bank man brought me into his office and then proceeded to question me in an very uncomfortable way and by doing that he made the whole situation worse for me. I do not in any way recommend United Bank to anyone
