I went to Clear Choice in *********, ** yesterday (April 29, 2024) for what was supposed to be a FREE consultation, I emphasize free because it is not free so be on your toes. They come off as being so nice, and you we want to get to know you on a personal level but what they really want is your money. They were trying to give me prices for one thing, then a different price, guess trying to confuse me. But here is what really made me uncomfortable, dude I spoke to was pushing real hard to get money from me, and I mean real hard, thanking the Lord for helping me to keep my senses and get out of there without them sucking me dry...and they want your money before they have done any dental work at all....so if you plan on going there please be careful, stay on your toes.

Thought ClearChoice was the best choice. However from day one., I never had the opportunity to show what I payed for and what ClearChoice done for me. Had surgery November 2019. December 23,2019, woke up with two teeth in my mouth! Drove all the way up there to another dentist ClearChoice sent me to. Nice office. Left there with BRIGHT PINK gums on the two teeth. Ok went home. Woke up with the mess on my pillow. For a year and a half I went to get teeth fixed. Only to come back the next day or so , again teeth broke off. Come to find out after I quit ClearChoice, the surgery performed to insert studs was done incorrectly. Had to have more surgery to correct the studs that were not In planted properly.

If I could have given them a negative ZERO rating I would have. My complaint is for Clear Choice located in Rockville, MD. They are a complete scam. They offered my father who’s in his 80’s a full dental implant for $35k. He ended up taking out not one but two loans to afford this. Today I went with my father to get his permanent teeth only to learn that he won’t be able to get them until he pays an additional $13k (addition to the $35k in loans) before they will even begin to make his permanent set. This is not what we were told by Heather Crabtree on our initial visit. As long as we took the loans (yes plural) they would begin his treatment and create his permanent teeth. My father has been paying on these teeth for almost a year. Now we return today, thinking he’s getting his permanent set only to learn he owes an additional $14k before they will even begin to create the set. This guy Brandon Fillinger has the nerve to tell us we could always take out another loan for the additional $13k. Are you kidding me a third loan. My father is already on a fixed income and they know that. Then he says “he could always keep the temporary ones”. I asked him so we are paying $40k for temporary teeth? In a condescending voice he say, “$35k, and yes we are not giving away $50k worth of work for $35k”. I replied then you or Heather should have stated that from day one. Not after he’s had all this work done. I very kindly let him know we will not be taking out another loan but that they will definitely be hearing from me personally. First stop BBB next stop Consumer Protection, then Lieff, Cabraser, Helmann & Bernstein (they are currently building a lawsuit), then to the head of the company, and all review platforms, etc. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do your research.
