      The best onboarding team EVER!!! Always there and quick to respond! They have listened to my "growing" pains and been patient with my busy office and customer interruptions. They have guided me and taught me things over and over gain when I forget. They helped me find my log ins and domains and Yext info and many more things I am forgetting. Looking forward to the next steps with out partnership

      I can't say that Surefire really met my expectations for what we needed for our business, BUT my account manager, **** was exceptional. He was always responsive and even proactive to make sure all of our concerns and needs were addressed. Unlike the vast majority of customer service reps these days (within just about every industry) with their consistent complacency, incompetency and apathy, **** proves himself to be the exception. He genuinely cares about our experience and making sure we get the most of what we are paying to receive. He deserves to be rewarded for his exceptional work ethic, because he definitely brings value to the customers he serves, and was the best part of our experience with Surefire. He's the kind of person you want in management so that he can raise - and maintain, the higher standard that sets companies apart. So, on behalf of ****, I give Surefire 5 stars. Outside of Gabe, I would say Surefire rated overall, at 2 stars.

      After 3 months of payments they didnt have me completed. Their website sucked and I requested changes that never happened. My analytics dropped every month as soon as they had acces. I had duplicate *** accounts and they couldnt fix the issue. I googled it and had it resolved myself in 30 minutes. Their service **** and you have to do all the work. They have great sales people too bad the service is lacking in every aspect of what they say they will provide. I fired them after 3 months of my money being waisted. Now they want me to pay for the rest of the year ??????. Never ever buy into their lack luster service. Buyer beware.

      Surefire Local has been great to work with. From the first meeting all the way through setting everything up. Now that we have everything setup they continue to work with us with top notch service. I would recommend using Surefire Local.

      We really like the look and details you place on doing our business website. It looks great and easy to navigate. The information is accurate. The only issue we have had a few times are some grammar mishaps in our ******** posts.

      Basically its a platform where all of your online content can be funneled into one place to manage everything - Leads, reviews, content management (posts on ********* etc. They will also create posts for you, so your site and social media remain active even when you are too busy to stay up on it. ******* sees and notes activity)The best feature is GeoJuice, allowing you to come up in more "....near me" ****** searches than just where your office is located.Having your own account manager is a nice feature also.The support team leaves something to be desired.
