    Horrible experience. Recommend to NO ONE. Not worth the price, the headache or the fall through of all of their supposed promises. I brought up my concerns before signing up and had nothing but promises that they do everything they say and yada yada yada - turns out I shouldve trusted my gut. Took almost a month and a half for them to set up our new website. When they were setting up the website they didnt even have the correct field of what our business is in. Then would argue with us when we would point out changes and errors they made. It was a nightmare from the get go. Youll talk to one person for the sale, then another for part of onboarding, that takes like more than a month (ridiculous) then to an account manager for the rest of onboarding and so on- just passed around. No real emails or contacts for anyone, it all goes to the same general email. Good luck getting them to answer you. Especially when youve told them youre done but have access to the system for a couple more weeks. Their software is flawed. It isnt compatible with iPhones to upload pictures for content that theyre supposed to post. Theyll blame it on ***** but not that its their own software with the problems. No solutions to anything, they just tried to sell me on more things - like ads. Which Ive heard from a follow up company that called to ask about our experience and they confirmed that theyve heard a lot of bad things and experiences about the ads SureFire local does for clients. Take my experience and DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BULLCRAP! What a complete waste! Hope this helps someone else not be hopeful and think SureFire local will be the difference and that it will actually help their business- because it will not!

    It has been a pleasure working with SureFire Local, ****** has handled our onboarding issues and throughly went through the platform multiple times, as well as tested several of the features live for us. ******* has been fantastic upgrading our prehistoric website, as well as dealing with every edit weve thrown her way. We look forward to working with Surefire well into the future.

    Plain and simple this company does very little of what they promise their customers. Im not sure that they have any IT employees. I think they just have Salesman. They Promise you the moon and deliver nothing absolutely nothing. They slow things down so you dont notice that nothing is happening. They are merely in the business of taking money. The only difference that our website ever experienced was the work that we put into it ourselves. After three months of paying this company, $1300 a month in a ****** search of companies like ours in our area where did we rank out of 150 companies? We didnt.

    Where to start I would say it's like a bait and switch company promise you a lot up front. They make everything sound good keep in touch the first couple of months and then bam no communication. Take and take it took days for someone to return my request to have someone contact me about our account and when someone did, we talked about what has been happening and their own team member agreed that they dropped the ball. After two months of cancelling, they are still charging our card on file. It's crazy how we have to keep contacting them to remove there billing. Enough already

    We agreed to a 3 month commitment on a phone call for a reduced price. We did not sign anything. The results were not good. We had already paid the money up front so there wasn't much we could do. Surprise, at the end of the 3 months they deducted money again from our bank account without asking. Then we find out that after our initial payment they had emailed an "agreement" that said we were committed for six months. This is so ridiculous. We did not agree to this. I'm also going to file a complaint with the ************************.

    Dear ******, We are disheartened to read your reviews, and see that you feel this way about your experience. We gladly welcome the chance to work with you again. However, according to our records, you agreed to a 6 month term, paid for the initial 3 months, and then month-to-month after that. During your sales call, it was explicitly stated you were entering a 6 month contract. When we forwarded these sales details along with a time stamp via email, you accused our staff of hacking into your email. Let us be clear. None of our staff would engage in such illegal activity, possess the technical capabilities, nor have any incentive imaginable to do such a thing. You also elected to stop using the platform after the first month, directly impacting your results. As much as you are frustrated by your experience, we equally feel that we have exhausted every effort to accommodate you. Still, we would welcome another chance to help you. Please keep in mind, you very clearly agreed to a contract.Please contact ***************************** at your earliest convenience.

    Surefire local is a great company to work with, I tried 3 other companies before them. Surefire is the only one that does what the say, the platform is easy, pricing is fair and they have great customer service.
