I leased a 2019 ***** ***** from Rosenthal Land Rover Tysons Corner and ********** was the lease holder of the vehicle. On September 30th of 2022, I tuned the 2019 ***** ***** back in to Rosenthal and leased a new 2023 ***** *****, with ********** once again being the lease holder. About 3 weeks a ago, I received a call from ********** indicating that I owed $1,821.83 for Octobers payment of the 2019 ***** ***** that turned in to Rosenthal on September 30th of 2022. ********** informed me that that payoff for the 2019 ***** ***** was not done until October 14th of 2022 and I was responsible for Octobers payment. I informed ********* that I turned the vehicle in to Rosental and I didn't have the 2019 vehicle in October. ********** told me it was not their problem that Rosenthal didn't payoff the vehicle until October 14th and I was responsible for making a payment. *************************, the general sales manager of Rosenthal, was made aware of the issue and he said he would take care of it. ***** has done nothing to rectify this situation. ***** has given me any feedback on what is going on and he now doesn't return my phone calls. I am truly disappointed in Rosenthal and especially with the manager ***********This issue has now impacted my credit in a negative way and still Rosenthal has does nothing. I would advise everyone not to purchase a vehicle from Rosenthal. I cant believe Rosenthal has let THEIR problem land in MY lap, and negatively affect me. Terrible, terrible, terrible service from Rosenthal
