I moved, but I still receive frequent automated calls from my old eye doctor requesting I schedule a visit. I have called on three separate occasions and asked them to take me off their list. Each time I was promised that I would no longer receive calls, and yet I continue to receive frequent calls.Business response

On or about April 1, 2021 I paid $340 for a pair of glasses at Myeyedr On October 15 2021 as I was placing the glasses on my face they broke. It seems to me that the glasses were defective from how they were broken at the stem. I returned to Myeyedr for a replacement or repair and I was told that the glasses I brought were discontinued and I didnt have a warranty so I would have to buy a new pair. I asked could I just get another frame and use my lenses from the broken frame and was told I had to buy a new pair. I dont have $340 to give away after only 6 months of use. Im on a fixed income and I feel like Ive been cheatedBusiness response
