      Avoid MyEyeDr. on ********************** - Terrible Experience!I had a horrible experience at the MyEyeDr. location on *********************************************************************. Despite checking in online well in advance, they failed to verify my benefits ahead of time. This led to an incredibly frustrating visit. After spending $80 on a ride to and from the appointment, I was turned away because they didn't do their pre-work.Not only did they fail to take responsibility for their oversight, but they also offered no help other than suggesting I pay extra because they didn't do their job. The lack of professionalism and customer service at this location is appalling. Save your time, money, and sanity by avoiding this place at all costs!If you're looking for reliable eye care, steer clear of MyEyeDr. on **********************. Their incompetence and lack of accountability are not worth the hassle.

      Do not come here. I made an appointment, when I arrived they told me I needed to pay $44 to be seen by an online doctor because there was no dr. ********** if I wanted to see a dr. *** free then I had to reschedule. So I rescheduled. I came to the appt and the dr. *** awful. Did not even dilate my eyes. I ordered my glasses and when they came in, it was the wrong prescription so we rescheduled another appt. Ordered a new pair of glasses and contacts and the glasses were broken and the contacts still have not arrived . It has been over 2 months and I still have no glasses or contacts..

      We have been judged, segregated, embarrassed, and humiliated. This location has bullied us for the last time!. Also, degrading and bashing another business to us customers, is highly unprofessional and distasteful. We have also been threatened to have the *** investigate us and be brought to court, because we are victims/customers of ************. And apparently this company is involved with illegal doings'. So because we are customers of ************, we were told "we are caught in the middle, just as guilty, and will be investigated" 13 years a loyal customer of the ********** location, and the treatment we got is unforgettable.

      Stir clear from coming here, the hassle is NOT worth it! If you are billed via a text link or paper bill to pay on their website, understand the office cannot provide you an itemized statement nor can their billing office if needed for your HSA or FSA. Also, if you go into the office, they cannot see that you paid the bill and when you call their billing office they tell you they will provide you an itemized statement via email in 3 - 5 business days which they never do.

      I tried to work with them but, ultimately, decided to go elsewhere. Their high-pressure sales tactics are coercive and unethical. The doctor asked my 17-year old child if he needed a contact lens exam. He said no. Then the doctor went to the mother, without conveying the child's response, and asked her if she wanted it. She didn't know but the sales person chimed in and pressured her into agreeing to the exam, which was not requested and was unnecessary. Now they refuse to refund me for the exam. Just terrible sales tactics and terrible customer service. Save yourself a lot of agravation and don't go to MyEyeDr. I would give zero stars if I could.

      My two experiences with MyEyeDr in ******** on ************************* were great. I received a new prescription with which I will be able to see better than my last one, which was too strong. The eye Dr was respectful and pleasant. Better still was my personal eye wear fitting team of ****, store manager, and *****, joyful eyewear professional for over ten years. They both knew why my last pair fell off my face. we measured the lens size, added that to the bridge width, and painlessly found me two well-fitting pairs I like -- one pair is sunglasses. I reluctantly left their company today and feel I will miss them! Highly recommend this bright spot in ********.

      I arrived at my son's appointment to be told by the nurse that the optometrist (who my son nor I never got to meet or even see) indicated they would not be able to perform the eye exam on my adult son with autism, because, in the nurse's own words, "of his condition and the medications he's on he should see an ophthalmologist instead". Never in the last 29 years that my son has been wearing glasses have we been told by an optometrist that they could not perform an eye exam because of his so-called "condition"!!! This is nothing less than DISCRIMINATION!!!! I wouldn't give them a single star if I could. The level of incompetency, unprofessionalism, and plain lack of empathy shown in this office is disgusting. The only recommendation I could make is they shut down and the so-called optometrist learn humility, empathy, and people skills!

      I cant even give them a star. I broke my glasses.. under my protection plan I would receive new. When I ordered the glasses the middle of May, I was told oh they will be all ready the 18th of June. I call today, now I am being told they wont ship until the 21st and should be there hopefully by the 1st of July?? Your promise date is the 18th of June?!? So you lied and or are breaking YOUR promise???? Excuse me! I am wearing an OLD prescription that HURTS MY EYES hence why I replaced this pair to begin with. And now I have to wait another freaking month for my glasses?!?!? You can bet I will NEVER EVER again use your c*** service. I will not recommend you. Your customer service with employees in office is seriously lacking. Myself and my family will be going elsewhere. I WOULD RATHER LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS OR NO STARS AT ALL THAN 1.
