Permitted returns of "New and unused product(s)" means the product has not been installed, used or altered in any way and remains in re-saleable condition, and is returned in original packaging, including all parts/component, accessories, instructions, manuals, etc. as originally shipped to customer.
Any Products damaged upon delivery are promptly replaced (damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt).
