    Buyer Beware! Do not use this company! They are a complete scam. Overpriced products and services; Unsatisfactory quality and work! I was flabbergasted that a company such as this would put a customer through this type of experience. They are only concerned with making money; nothing else. The sub-optimal and below standard quality, impact on my time away from work, and the dreadful customer experience were front and center. This entire project was a mess from start to finish and was contrary to their vision and mission which they advertise and claim to represent.

    We are very disappointed in the level of wall damage left behind after our closet was installed. Our sales representative, Carol, failed to effectively communicate the level of damage that could occur, which we are now left to repair on our own. We were left with zero resolutions when we called about our concern. The representative wanted to blame everyone else (me, the installer) and not take any ownership of her lack of communication. She also failed to mention that Closet Factory would have removed our exiting shelving in advance so that we could have the walls prepared for installation. I had to learn about this option on my own online after the fact. I was told she didn’t give me this option because “cost was a concern” which is an absolute lie since I never once mentioned our concern for cost to her. Very unprofessional.
