    Gary ****** came to my rental property, prior to COVID and measured for carpet and flooring to be replaced in certain areas. When the work was scheduled to be done, the tenants noticed that the workers were all immigrants. The employees worked diligently, and completed the process rather quickly. By the end of the day, they were wrapping up to leave, when the tenant asked about a nipple in the flooring. One gentleman shrugged his shoulders and mumbled a few words that sounded like he would be back. However, the workers go into the truck and left. The worker came out to lay the carpet and the tenant mentioned the issue. He told the tenant that he didn't think the owner would do anything about it. The tenant called for repeatedly for the past few years trying to get the owner to return, but he made excuse after excuse. I got creative and acted asked if he would consider coming out to assess the home for new flooring. Once there, I asked about the nipple and another area that was not done correctly. Gary raised his voice and cursed. When I said that his employee stated that he would not honor the guarantee on his work, he replied, "They don't speak English." I told Gary that his business would never be successful taking advantage of immigrant employees to do substandard work and then, leaving customers hanging.

    Recently bought a house and the sellers hired Gary to redo the hardwood where there was moisture damage. During the closing walk thru I noticed there was a 1/4” lift on half of the new hardwood while the other half has the same 1/4” but as a divet. I called him to let him know the problem because his work is “guaranteed.” He tried telling me that it’s because my floors have been sanded so many times and he can’t fix it because his company doesn’t do sanding. There wouldn’t be a drop if that were the case. Gary didn’t level my floors incorrectly. He didn’t stagger the planks at all. There’s just a straight across line of where the new floor meets old floor. After reading many ****** reviews and **** reviews I found out that I’m not the only one who has experienced this.
