  Jesse ******** arrived on time and did a complete assessment of our driveway and sidewalk. He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to work with. I'm looking forward to having the repairs completed.

  The team who fixed our support beams/foundation was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Freddy ********* Walter ********* and Jaime ***** who did the repairs: they were friendly, timely, and did wonderful work. Also, the permit team at JES really helped us when we still hadn't received word from the city and it had been 6 weeks (and my husband and I had been sleeping on the couch and floor because the support beams were so bad under our room). Thank you to the entire team!

  Bryan ********** and Austin ***** did a great job with lifting our front porch. I didn't think they would be able to get it back to level with our posts, but they did (and it took a lot of foam to get there!)

  Bryan ********** and Austin ***** were fantastic. They were great about explaining what AND why they were doing what they were doing. Very professional and courteous and spent more time on the job than expected due to equipment problems. Instead of saying we'll come back some other time, they worked through it, went way past the scheduled time on site and got it done. I'm very appreciative of them and the job they did.

  The initial inspection and quote by Jeff was fantastic. Dealing with the Front Office and Supervisors was a nightmare with little communication. Almost folded the whole project, however Antoine who came out for the work was Professional, Knowledgeable, and a breeze to work with. The Vaporbarrier installation was done the day of arrival, and outside of the 30 minutes of Jackhammering- we didn't know they were working right below us. I would recommend JES for the quality work, but be warned that dealing with anyone outside of the folks coming to the Jobsite (your home) are less than ideal.

  JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy ******** (team lead), Walter ******** and Daniel ******* English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.

  JES Foundation Repair employees Freddy ********* Walter ******** and Ever ******* did and excellent job on my crawl space encapsulation. All three were very courteous and provided me with continuous updates on the work they were doing. They were respectful of my property and also left my yard in clean condition when they departed each day. Would definitely recommend.

  We have a crawlspace under our sunroom and Tyrone and Donte did a fantastic job adding a vapor barrier and insulation. They were both attentive to my questions and took care of everything. I recommend JES.

  JES came to our house to remove an old interior French drain system and replaced it with their upgraded system. The quality of the work was much better than the previous company we used with the old system. The crew of Jose, Bentley and Sylvester was courteous, skilled and answered any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Justin who did the initial inspection was courteous and knowledgeable as well and answered any questions in a timely manner. I would recommend using this company or at minimum get a quote from them to compare to the other companies out there.

  I've used JES twice on two different houses. The entire process was great, from the initial consultation to completed installation. The crew of Jaime *** Armando *** And Jason ** took great care to keep the damage to the lawn to a minimum while completing the job.
