      Ohio Basement Authority out of Twinsburg, Ohio repaired my sinking foundation this spring. One corner of my brick ranch had sunken 3 inches and had opened up gaps in the brick mortar of over 3/4" over one window and a door. OBA came out and sunk 10 foundation piers and raised the entire corner of my house, back to its original position. All of their workers were extremely professional, efficient, communicative, and were very careful to protect anything of that might get damaged in construction. The work crews, staffed by Alex, Steve. Dante, Mike and Jason were courteous, industrious and proficient at their jobs. They seemed to know what the other worker needed before he even asked for help! I couldn't be a more satisfied customer! I would recommend this team to anyone needing this kind of work on their foundation. Tim ******* Columbia Station

      Mike ******, Brandon ****** Devonte *******. All from the White Marsh branch provided a excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable about every part of the installation process. Very efficient at their job the crew all worked together like a fine oiled machine. They cleaned up like they weren't even there. I very much appreciated that. Thank you for the service I received from the salesman to the crew. All three of the crew members should be the model of every crew out there providing service to any homeowner. Again thank you for the outstanding service. And yes I would recommend JES and the crew on any future projects.

      We had Groundworks complete a sump pump installation at our home, and the experience was excellent. Dan **, our technician, was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done properly and cleanly. He was respectful of our space and even removed the old pump and equipment without leaving a trace. We feel confident in recommending Groundworks and Dan ** to anyone needing reliable, quality home service.

      Zac ** Andy * & Tyler * provided excellent service in the installation of our DeHum System! We appreciate the call for appointment reminders, the day before as well as the day of the appointment-And they arrived on time! They came prepared, knew what they were doing, got the job done and was out the door! The professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Thank you guys!

      Foundation Recovery Systems has done a great job on the foundation work on our house. The young men who actually installed the piers, Deshon, Matt and Justin were, kind, professional, and knew their work. Not their first rodeo and it showed! Thank you for taking care of our biggest investment.

      Today, Nate from Ohio Basement Authority, did an annual cleaning and maintenance on my sump pump. He was absolutely wonderful. He was the most thorough worker I have ever dealt with. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. He also checked to make sure my basement gutter system was functioning efficiently . Thank you, Nate!! More people should take as much pride in their work as you do.

      These guys were efficient. They listened to me. I am very confident in their work. They took care to make sure everything was safe, solid, and complete. They were completely respectful of my space. Jeremiah *, Mark ** and Goody * were fun. I loved their music and their singing! My dog approved too. I highly recommend them.
