    We hired Ameritribe at the suggestion of my Insurance adjuster due to a major flood in my home on Christmas day 2022. We signed a contract with them in March. At that time the personnel they had as GM was very responsive as was the person working on my home. In May the GM left the company then in July the person doing the work was fired. On Aug 1st I met with the new GM Dave DK and he brought on Allen ****** builders to finish floors, electrical, custom closets, painting etc. They promised it would be done in the most professional manner and up to high end standards (my home is custom on the water). I believed them. They brought in the person to do the tile the next week. He measured then he came back a week later and remeasured. We waited until 9/13 for him to get a price back to Ameritribe. Understand this is there guy and the cousin of Ameritribe owner. His price came in high and DK did not know what to do then all of a sudden it was ok and he was going to start. I texted dk and Allen Parker weekly when is this going to happen ...they had no idea...really?.. Then I finally get a call from DK on October 4th that said you call Colon the tile guy as he is not responding. I said don't you have more than one tile guy between Ameritribe and the high end builder Allen Parker..answer is no. I call and get Colon VM that says I'm on vacation from 10/4 to 10/16. I wait until he comes back and left him a message. No return call. No call from DK. Allen ****** *nswered the phone and said Ameritribe hired me so I cant tell you anything. Then yesterday 10/18 I get a call from my tile people (who are wonderful) and she says they quit your job. I'm a senior citizen I dont need or want the *** Why couldn't someone call? Why is there only one tile guy for these general contractors? So I would stay as far away from both Ameritribe and Allen ****** so you do not have to go though this with your project.
