    Received everything as ordered and Quonset hut is up and working as expected. I do wish there were more options/information available for adding your own wood end wall but we made it work just fine. Great product.

    The people I have dealt with so far have been very professional and polite. I have not yet tried to obtain permits yet and have not done any other business except give them a down payment for an end of the year discount on pricing. My building is scheduled for delivery in March. There is ground work to do. I have to relocate a smaller wood framed building before I start the pad. But over all I anticipate a good relationship with the company.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Ryan **** basically said, "Sorry we lied to you, we're keeping your deposit." Avoid these people at all costs.

    I needed engineered drawings for my county and contacted Steel Master. I was transferred to their engineering and even though I purchased this building kit in 2009 they were able to retrieve my sales record and sent the request for drawings at a very reasonable fee. Within weeks I had what I wanted and am on my way.

    The staff at SteelMaster Buildings was extremely professional! Scott explained the process to me very thoroughly and went over the electronic contract step by step. I felt like I was "heard" when I asked questions and the answers were immediate. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!
