On 11-30-2023 I purchased a 2024 Toyota corolla. Benard handled my paperwork. He asked me to call him on 12-28 to get new temporary tags sent out to me likely the process would be more than 30 days. I thought to myself that he should be calling me. So on 12-28 I called several times to speak to him finally left a detailed message where to send new temporary tags. I did not hear back from him and my temp tags expired. I called on 1-2-24 asked for my salesman and he no longer was working there. On my 2nd call the main number was answered curtly. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was one, indeed 1 of 5 salesmanagers. I asked to speak to the general manager the reply was "he's right here" ****** ******* scolded me for *******. Odd, He said "******* should have contacted you" then I was so surprised when he said " next time you can do your docs yourself " really? The only thing I'm looking for the tags to operate my new vehicle. January passed and ******* did supply me with new temp tabs. Now my 3rd set of temporary tags are due to expire in only a few days. I'm in Virginia and will have no way to get back to new jersey for work

On Sunday 7/24/22 I met **** in the parking lot while looking at 2 ****** ***** Stickers. I said ok I want the white one. He asked if I wanted to test drive it, I said "No, I know what I want". He said "how are we doing financing?" I said "I already have a preapproved Loan I just have to upload the Buyers Order to the link the bank sent me". He said "Ok, lets go to my desk". We went to his desk and he started to ask me my name and date of birth which I gave him. Then he started to ask about financing again I stated I already have a loan I just have to upload the buyers Order to the link. He said "ok and got up and went into the back office". When he came back he asked who my loan was through? I said " ************ Then he started to ask about my monthly income. I said that sounds like you're about to run my credit he said "No I'm not". Then he asked how much my mortgage was. At that point I stated DO NOT RUN my credit. During this exchange **** got up twice and went to the back office. This last time he came out he says that the finance guy was searching the ***system to see if he could see my loan in the system. Out walks the finance guy with two reference sheets for my husband and I to fill out. I stated I do Not need that my loan is pre approved through First advantage. Then he asked me to come into his office and started rambling off numbers and going over the buyers guide. I stated I WANT TO USE THE LOAN I WALKED IN THE DOOR WITH! Then he stops writing and says, "here are two buyers orders for you to present to the bank one with the warranty and one without". I thanked him and walked out. Tuesday morning I checked my Credit ***** profile and Toyota had run my credit causing my score to drop. I spoke with ****** who says she is the GM. I told her the issue and she said she would have the inquiry removed from my report. I purchased a car using my first advantage loan but that doesn't change that they ran my credit after I said No several times .
