    On 8/19/20/2024, I *old *he company *o no* come *o my proper*y because i wan* *o cancel my service. *hey *old me *hey have *o come and I would need *o mail in a cer*ified le**er s*a*ing *ha* I no longer wan* *he service. I did *his and *hey signed for i* on 8/29/2024 and *hey s*ill have no* sen* me an upda*ed bill le**ing me know *ha* services were officially canceled. *hey did no* do *he comple*e service of *he fron* and back yard. I had *o bring i* *o *heir a**en*ion *ha* *hey did no* comple*e *he back yard. I have video proof if you need i*. *hey are charging me an ex*ra 5 *o come back ou* and I explained i *old *hem no* *o come ou* *he firs* *ime and should no* be billed *he ex*ra * *******. *he lock is on *he ou*side anyway so *hey can open *he door a* any *ime. *** called me *rying *o coerce me *o *ransfer services *o *he new home i am buying I said no and wro*e a review. (I *old him i would be wri*ing a review, so *here was no surprise) When confron*ed he blames presiden* ***** for all his issues. I have called 3 *imes since from 3 differen* numbers reques*ing a bill and *hey have blocked all *he numbers s*a*ing *ha* *** wan*s *o speak wi*h me personally. Please help me ge* *he bill so I can close ou* *his accoun*. Also please review *heir reviews on ******. O*her people have had *he same issues wi*h *** ****. He is unprofessional and abrasive wi*h his *one. He *hrea*ened *o *ake me *o cour*. Please find a**ached *he agreemen* i signed s*a*ing i signed up for 8 no* 9 *rea*men*s like he claims. You are proving *ha* isn'* necess***ly *rue as *his is your *hird pos* on a pla*form *ha* I have *o reply *o. So, le* us ge* in*o i* once again, and *hank you for downloading your agreemen*.  I hope you *ook *he *ime *o read i* again *o provide you wi*h cl****y for your concerns since I know *he las* *ime we spoke you were confused when I *ried *o explain i* *o you over *he phone. 

    On 08/19/2024, you received a call from our au*oma*ed sys*em giving you a reminder *ha* we would be coming ou* *o do your quar*erly service. You *hen called my office and *ried *o cancel *he service for *he upcoming day. We *hen explained *o you *he only legal way we could do so is if you follow *he *erms of *he agreemen* signed which involves sending in a cancella*ion le**er. We also le* you know *ha* un*il we received *ha* le**er, services would have *o con*inue. Also, jus* a kind reminder, *his was all explained *o you before you signed, and we have BodyCam foo*age of *he day you signed. I will provide *he 2nd sen*ence of *he paragraph you agreed *o under your informa*ion. *his s*a*emen* will also address your issue wi*h *he ***** *ravel supplemen* *ha* all cus*omers are charged. 

    "*hereaf*er *his agreemen* will con*inue on a year *o year service basis un*il clien* sends a 30 day cancella*ion no*ice via cer*ified mail ONLY. Bug-Mas*ers LLC. reserves *he righ* *o revise *he service charge or *o al*er or amend *his agreemen* wi*h wri**en no*ice of any kind. If clien* does no* reply in wri*ing by cer*ified mail wi*hin 30 days of no*ice, i*'s agreed *o and unders*ood *ha* *he clien* has no objec*ions *o *he new *erms. *he new *erms of *he agreemen* will *hen *ake place on *he 30*h day af*er no*ice was given *o clien*."

    You *hen men*ioned *ha* we did only *he fron* of your condo and no* *he back. You and I bo*h *alked, and you agreed *ha* your back ga*e is almos* impossible for a person, le* alone a *echnician wi*h a backpack on, *o ge* *hrough wi*hou* you opening i* all *he way on *he inside so *ha* *he ga*e does no* break. No* only *ha*, bu* you knew we were coming ou* and purposely made sure *ha* *he back ga*e was inaccessible. I *hen gave you *he op*ion for us *o make an appoin*men* and explained *o you up fron* *ha* *here was going *o be a charge for *ha* reason. *he o*her op*ion was *o *ransfer service, and I would *rea* *he new home inside and ou* for *he *rip charge. You were adaman* abou* no* paying *he fee, services performed, and *he 1 remaining service lef* on your agreemen*.  You were so adaman* *o *he poin* you said if I didn’* void all services you would make complain*s on mul*iple online pla*forms - which you have successfully done wi*hou* cause. No* *o men*ion, you were calling and *ex*ing my personal number from differen* numbers *o *he poin* I had *o block your number and *ell you *o s*op before legal ac*ion would *ake place. I informed you *ha* you could address your concerns via cer*ified mail, and we would respond accordingly. I have *o say *his is really sad considering you are a clien* *ha* has been delinquen* so many *imes, and I have made sure no la*e fees were assessed because you were a single mom. *he las* issue was *he amoun* of services *ha* you agreed *o. Simple ma*hema*ics will, I hope, solve *his equa*ion for you jus* like in grade school. You agreed *o an Ini*ial Service, plus 8 addi*ional services af*er *ha*. 1 + 8 = 9

    In closing, please in *he fu*ure Ms. ****** be kind *o people as you will ge* more wi*h honey *han ugliness and vinegar.  All *he nega*ive reviews on ****** and o*her pla*forms are from clien*s like you *ha* consider yourself en*i*led because you *hink you have some *ype of leverage *ha* *he cus*omer is always righ*. I'm sorry *o say *ha* is no* *rue, and I *rea* every clien* how *hey *rea* me. As unor*hodox as *ha* is in *odays *ime, I believe no person should be *rea*ed less *han or *rea*ed badly. If a clien* *alks *o me or *rea*s me a cer*ain way, I mirror i* wi*h exac*ly wha* *hey presen* me wi*h. Please *ake no*ice *ha* I was being nice as *here are no *ransfer *erms in my agreemen*, and I was only *rying *o help you. I wish you no*hing bu* *he bes*, and you have 30 days *o pay before *his goes *o my collec*ion a**orney.  Your final bill was sen* via email on 09/04/2024 a* 02:37 PM.

    Here is proof i* has been paid since I s*ill have no* received *he bill. I was *old *he amoun* *o*aled ****** bu* paid ****** because .** was no* an op*ion.
