      I cancelled my service with Bug Out in August 2023. I have paid the company who Bug OUt bought in full. They billed me in Dec 23 for $91 and in January for $**** I stopped sevice and I am constantly billed more and more each month. The compnay has called me 20 times wanting me to renew my service and I said no and they keep calling.I need someone to stop billing me I have never bought service from Bug OUt.

      I am sorry that this individual has been having issues.  However, it has not been with our company.  Her complaint is with Bug Out and our company is Bug N Out Pest Control.  Bug Out bought out ******* **** Control last year and since then we have been inundated with calls from their customers because their name is similar to our name.  The company she is referring to is based out of ******* and has locations throughout the country.  We are a small locally owned and ran company.  This person has never been serviced by our company.  Bug Out's website is ***************************** and their phone number is ************.  I wish her the best.

      I just noticed that this customer is located in ****** ***  Our office is in NC but we only service the ******* ***** **** ** *********  We do not offer services in NC.
