    Terrible service. Used for one year then terminated them. Ponds looked terrible the entire year. Algae, clogged fountains. I'm not exactly sure what they did on their monthly visit.

    Overall they are great. Hunter and Bayley treated our pond and the algae is gone. Both are solid professionals, and have a can do attitude!! Bayley was very knowledgeable and walked us through the treatments! She was awesome!!! Jim

    Didn't do what they said when they said... At all !!!! Some months never showed up, some months they came twice in a two week span and just walked around the ponds and said yep they look good and left after 20 mins max for two ponds. Don't bother!!! Reviews don't lie and they have some terrible ones.

    I've been ghosted. We hired them last year to work on our pond. We had issues with them actually giving us a year end review on what was working and what wasn't. (meaning they never actually told us after I asked three times) This year they came out one time in April for our monthly work and never returned. I have reached out 5/31, 6/6, 6/21/2023... no response from the District Manager. Now our pond hasn't been worked on in 3 months and I wasted money in April for something that works only if you keep doing it. I was told that our account was closed because of a mistake on their part (********* ******* ** *** ***** *** *** ***** ***** **** not ours back in May. Still waiting on this to be resolved. Customer support is nonexistent. I keep being told people are traveling and someone will get back to me... well, I've called 3 times and reached out via the portal twice... still nothing. I reached out via email twice in July and no response either.

    Solitude has done a magnificent job removing algae from our canals! The harvester operators, Rocco and JD are amazing. Property owners have been complimenting them on the great work they're doing. Thank you for helping us start our summer off on a positive note! Town of South Bethany, Delaware

    First they have not visited the lake here at Bryn Maw Orlando, Flr this year. No reports and actually for the pass 3 years I have seen them twice. We pay over $200 a month, for what? Yesterday I was on the phone trying to fix their accounting system that had not recorded our payments, correctly. Still waiting for a rep to call or come by the office. They email this option to hear how they were doing. Sad

    Solitude was extremely responsive to a request for the removal of landscape debris around the lake beds. They notified the office in advance of their arrival so all preparations could be made if necessary. There was a large palm tree that was pulled out of the lake which they were planning on coming back the next day to pick up. Instead arrangements were made to remove the palm the same day so it did not have to be left beside the lake. Ean and his team were great!

    We hired Solitude Lake to manage some water features at our apartment complex. With renovations, we drained one of the ponds and for 9 consecutive months our company's request to reduce the scope of our service were completely ignored as they continued to bill for services they were nor providing. They are unresponsive and clearly do not care about their customers and relationship with them.
