Do not recommend! Spent ***** dollars in the store on a 24' above ground pool with a simple salt system. The pump failed within the first 3 months of using. They replaced it for free because it was within the first year. They admitted to the pump being garbage with a high failure rate. Now the replacement pump is failing as well but they will not replace it. Said they would give me a *** store credit toward the new pump but they are **** and fail after a few months. They still are selling the same pump even though they know it is trash and it is the only one they carry. Horrible buisness practices all around. Do not recommend! Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/19) */ Hello I replied to Mr ********* thru a google review he placed over the weekend with the same complaint. I told him that I would like to know who told him our pumps are "garbage" because that is not the case. They are actually very well built with a low failure rate if the electric is properly supplied. I told him to bring the pump to our warehouse to test and if it is determined that it is not functioning we would exchange but with the understanding that if something happened to the pump a third time, it would be without a doubt an issue with his electrical connection. If he agrees to do this I need to know as I am out of town and would need to make sure someone is aware of the situation when he comes in. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/07/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) They replaced the pump but I had already spent **** on a differnt pump. Of note, would be that if the pump fails frequently and as I have experienced, I would recommend that they source a new manufacturer. We are the first owner of our house and it was built in ***** The pump is on a dedicated circuit with its own outlet and we have had no issues with anything else that was ever plugged into it or anywhere else in the home. Additionally, I am an electrician by trade so electrical issues had been tested with no deffect. Overall though I am satisfied with the result of the complaint. They did cooperate and resolve the issue
