    Limehouse property management took advantage of a clause written in the lease. They require you to keep electric and water utilities on 5 days past lease termination date , and they are to disconnect afterwards. Instead they kept the services on for 12 days and ran up the water bill to the max . If you disconnect to soon they charge *** ***. This is fraudulent and scandalous to use required utilities against there tenants. We should not be required to pay for the property managements utilities as a tenant. This violates tenant rights.

    I lived with LimeHouse Property Management for 2 Years. I recently left them 2, 1 star reviews in which they have responded to 6 different individuals my Personal information online and the status of my lease whether renewed or not renewed which is in Violation of Virginia tenant law. Any information received by a landlord pursuant to § 55.1-1203 shall remain a confidential tenant record and shall not be released to any person except in response to a subpoena. I have screen shots of these violations. I have a right to leave a 1 star review without my privacy being breached.

    Allen Dominic Walsh is upset that during his tenancy he bullied Limehouse PM staff and tenants in the apartment building he was renting. As such, he is upset that we did not wish to continue his tenancy when it was time for renewal. In addition to submitting this review, he has created false identities on various social media platforms to create slandering and disparaging reviews of Limehouse PM; which further reinforces our position.
