    ****'s Tree Service performed services for my neighbor Monday June 20, 2022. One of the tree service trucks accidentally back over mature landscaping separating my property from the home where ****'s Tree Service was providing services. The ground cover suffered no damage, but the shrubs suffered broken branches and died. Following then incident, my neighbors were informed and notified ****'s Tree Service. Police were called to make a non-emergency report. I phone ****'s Tree Service on multiple occasions, provided pictures of the damage, and spoke directly to the office assistant. We have not received a response to any of our calls.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/27) */ We have spoken with Mr. ****** several times, so he has received several responses. Our crew was not working near the damaged landscaping. (The crew foreman did notice Mr. ****** had what appeared to be some work vans in his driveway that day.) Our client is on the other side of the landscaping. Our client watched us do the work and did not see any evidence of us driving in the neighbor's driveway. We suggested that Mr. ****** ask his across the street neighbor for his Ring Camera footage. We did not hear back anything until this complaint. We maintain that it was not our vehicles. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My wife and I are stunned at the response. It is a complete fabrication. Had ****'s Tree Service ever returned any of my numerous calls, we wouldn't be using the *** as a mediator between us for conversation. - If **** had spoken to me he would know that it is impossible for my neighbor's ring camera (if they even have one) to capture video of him. By viewing the attached picture you will see that our neighbor has trees obscuring the view - yes, I had a pool service technician at our home on the day of the event. He couldn't park in front of my house because one of ****'s trucks was parked there. Regardless, his angle of egress was not the same as ****'s who backed into my neighbor's driveway to collect tree limbs. - Last, I would ask **** to provide phone records proving that he contacted me and spoke to me. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/04) */ Mr. ******, You spoke with the office manager on several occasions. We have not ignored you. Calling the police before you ever spoke to us and your many threats of a lawsuit will not solve this issue. We are a small business and have built a reputation on honesty and integrity. We have been in business for over 14 years because of our reputation. We take care of our mistakes, when they do happen. The crew has told us the damage did not happen when they were there and we take their word for it. That being said, how can you know, with no doubt at all, that we are responsible? If you can show us we were wrong, please do and we will take care of it, with our sincere apologies. We never want to take advantage of anyone or not fix damage. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/08/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The office manager has spoken to me on a single occasion when I called from my business phone eluding her ability to screen my call. She was stunned to be speaking directly to me and was speechless. Once she was able to collect her thoughts, she simply said she would escalate the call to the owner. There has been no communication from ****'s Tree Service since. This is not a reputable company. Respond, don't respond to my compliant. I have hade the damage removed at my time and expense. I will replant at my expense. I will also share with my neighbors the experience with ****'s Tree Service. I will also share on Other sites the experience. No one should have a customer experience like we have suffered with ****'s Tree Service.
