    On Feb 21st or before I purchased a 2014 Subaru Impreza WRX from heritage motor company, it recently came to my attention that the engine is not as described as their sales add meaning out of the factory it is suppose to have a (ej25) 2.5 litter engine but instead the casting number on the engine block shows it to be a (ej20) 2.0 litter engine which does not come factory for that car. Upon letting heritage motor company know my findings they told me they didn't know and that was it. I also mentioned my worry since I purchased the extended warranty and since it doesn't have the correct motor any repair my be reject ed.

    We have requested your full refund of the extended warranty and issued a refund to the lending institution as per your request to cancel the warranty.

    Ok so the warranty has been taking off the loan but still remains that there was a motor swap in the car that was not told when bought the car when advertised it had a 2.5 liter in it
