    Brought my wife a car from here in March of this year and it was a 2017 dodge Durango not even a week and a half of her driving it ran hot called my car told them the problem they said bring it in.Come to find out once they sent it to the shop the head gasket had blown and the shop wants **** to fix it and *** is only trying to pay **** of that.We put down grand to get the car now your telling me I have to come out of pocket with ***** grand for a car that had issues before I brought because the engine light came on days after my purchase that should have been the red flag right there.My car acts like they can’t do nothing to help it’s may the car been in the shop since the middle of March.So please do not buy here they will give over of the see an opportunity.

    Hi my name is Thelma and I purchased a 2017 dodge Durango from my car on 3/2/2024 and I put down a good amount of money down for a down payment.I have purchased cars from them in the past no real issues that what made me go back to them to get my dream car.Days after driving the check engine light came on which I made them aware of and they said it might be air in the gas tank.Ms Deborah told me what to do and the check light did go off but however it did come back on a couple days later then on 3/16/2024 while I was driving it ran hot out of nowhere.I pulled over right away and noticed the coolant container was bubbling like it was being cooked.I called my car and they told me to bring it in they sent it to a repair shop and come to find out the head gasket had blown but how is that possible when I pulled over right away and never drove it again.They act like because I’m a woman they can get over on me Everytime I go in there to complain.They cost is going to be $5400 and the *** warranty people only covering $**** and I don’t have 3 grand to come out of pocket right for a car I just brought that I only drove for two weeks.Its 3/9/20024 and I’m still without my truck that’s just been sitting in the shop for two weeks and I now have to make payments on a car that I don’t have and haven’t been driving.They act like I don’t have any other options and I’m suck with a truck that don’t work properly.Please don’t buy any cars from here with they will try to finesse you out your hard earned money

    I am 65 years old and stuck making monthly payments for the next five years on an automobile that will most likely stop running any day now. On March 7, 2024, I purchased a 2018 Ford Taurus Prime and a warranty from this dealership for a little over $******. After driving the car for a week, the car is shimmering, there is excessive smoke coming from the exhaust, the engine has an awful smell, the car jerks when changing gears, and is also burning oil. I complained to the dealership, and they told me to contact the warranty company. It turned out that this warranty was handled by a single-vehicle repair business. These individuals claimed that they were unable to identify any issues with the vehicle and charged me $******. This dealership is one of the most unscrupulous, unethical, bunch of swindlers I have done business with. I am furious that I gave in to their pushy sales tactics. I am not helpless; I just did not realize that these people would never think twice about taking advantage of others until it was too late. Especially people who have limited options for purchasing a car. If you decide to purchase a car from this group, be careful, you have been warned.

    My partner and I walked into MyCar and were warmly greeted by Ms. Deborah ****. She was extremely helpful in the car selection process. And made the entire process go seamlessly. I would recommend MyCar if you are looking for a reliable car and great customer service!

    I purchased a vehicle from MyCar trying to 2 support a business associate/friend. I purchased it on 4/21/23. The next day after driving further than just around the block, I noticed excessive bouncing (rollercoaster like ride)! I went to return it on 4/22/23! My salesperson assured me that I couldn't return it & that it didn't fall under the "Lemon Law Act". She directed me 2 bring it in on the following Monday. I dropped it off on 4/24/23. I received a call from my salesperson stating they had found the problem -- the shocks. She stated, the parts have been ordered and they will have me straight very soon. I picked up my vehicle around 5/8/23 and the vehicle seemed 2 be driving well but it wasn't. I also asked was there any paperwork or anything I needed 2 sign. My salesperson assured me that there wasn't any paperwork & I was good. Neither I nor the vehicle was good! For 11+ days, they had my vehicle and failed 2 perform any work on it. After getting 3 professional opinions, they confirmed what I knew 2 be true. I attempted to get documentation from MyCar proving the work was done, all 2 no avail. After months of lies, deceit, receiving fake documents & playing phone games, I finally met with the sales manager. In reviewing my documentation he agreed 2 have my vehicle properly serviced at an agreed atuo care company. Also during the purchase, there was a chipped window which they agreed 2 fix and then attempted 2 renege on. I had 2 fight 2 get it repaired/replaced properly. I also noticed that the inspection report on 4/18/23 passed the suspension system. On 4/21/23, 3 days later I am returning it because of the suspension system -- to me that report was bogus. Duck tape was also detected on a pipe were a hose should've been. What reputable dealership does that? After months of fighting with the very unprofessional sales manager, countless of wasted time/hourse, & the mental anquish, I finally was able to drive my vehicle bounce free on 9/7/23.
