    We initially ordered our windows in November ***** It was a "custom order" because we have 6x8ft glass panels. Window World kept us updated on the many installment date changes due to the shortage of supplies and staff. We didn't get installed until 1 December 2021. When the installers came, they had the wrong size measurements for our 6x8ft glass panels, which was why our order was a custom order. We had to schedule a follow-up date in the spring to get the custom panels installed. When the installers came in, they only brought one screen door. The other one "didn't come in."

    On 18 March, we had a warranty issue with one of the panels because as I was cutting grass, a rock hit one of the newly installed 8ft panels. Initially, WW said we had to pay full price. This didn't sit well with us because these windows were not even three months old. So eventually spoke with a manager, and they told us it was about ***** The appointment was set for today, 27 June; this was just the insulated glass. It didn't include the screen door from the original November 2020 order. So today, 27 June, at precisely the time we were scheduled for the installer to replace the shattered glass, we got a call that the delivery truck broke down and they could not serve us today. We are now set for a 5 July appointment date to install the replacement insulated glass. Our screen door still hasn't arrived, and we are frustrated with Window World of Tidewater. We highly suggest using another company for your window/glass needs!

    Yes the original door (Window World ordered correct size) the manufacture made the door and shipped door wrong size. We do have our technician scheduled for July 5th. to change the ** unit on the panel that a rock had shattered also a replacement screen. We do realize things are taking longer to get from our suppliers we are trying our best to get replacement products done as fast as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
