    On August 10, Diakon was subcontracted to deliver a refrigerator to ** by ****** in ************. First, when they came, they did not send anyone who spoke enough English to be able to communicate effectively. Secondly, when my husband was under the house, turning off the water, they left without mentioning why (because they couldn't communicate in English).More importantly, they damaged our lawn greatly by backing their truck into it at least three times leaving large tracks that are 8-10inches deep and up to 15feet long. ***** told me that they were not responsible and gave me the phone number and email of Diakon and how to make a property damage claim with them. I sent them an email with photos and an estimate for repair on Aug 16 and have called and left messages every weekday since then. No one from Diakon has recognized my email/claim and no one will return my messages. My email has not bounced back and was sent to ******************************************* and the phone number I was given is ************.Lowes told me that they started the claim on my behalf and to refer to order number ********* which I have done on all correspondence with Diakon.We have had multiple deliveries with big trucks, renovated our home and had other appliance delivered and have NEVER, EVER had this issue.Diakon needs to repair our lawn or send us a check to have it done.

    Placed an order with Lowes for a refrigerator- order number *********. Scheduled delivery was Tuesday 6/20/23. Delivery was canceled with no notice. Took off work the next day expecting the delivery and they rescheduled it for Friday 6/23. I cannot take off work again. There was no call, no warning and my refrigerator does not work and now I have lost food, time, and money because this delivery service did not do their job. Not only will I file a complaint here I will also file a complaint with the *** for faulty business practice.

    On January 15, 2023 we had a new washer delivered to our house by a third party delivery company called Diakon Logistics. When we bought the washer from our local ****** store we were not told that they would not be delivering it themselves but hiring a third party out of state delivery company called Diakon Logistics. we live in *********, **, they are in *************. during the delivery the 2 men broke the drain pipe that the old washer drained into. Because this happened on a Sunday night we could not get a plumber here to fix it until the next day. The plumber bill was $125. I have contacted Diakon MANY MANY times and was told a month ago the the check was in the mail. It isn't. When I contacted them again last week they said they would re-issue another check, we still haven't gotten it. We are getting the runaround. We have been messing around with this for almost 10 weeks now. We are considering legal action at this point.

    was supposed to get a delivery of appliances to my house and did not get it because the business failed to follow protocols and call me with a half hour for arrival was given a 4 hour window from best buy but did not get a phone call or window time frame until they arrived at my house and then they left without any regard. They kept claiming they called me and they have in their call log at 10:30am and they couldnt get through. Sadly i do not have any missed calls at that time just the first phone call at 10:53 am and a few after that
