I Purchased a 2010 Ram 1500 on August 3rd, 2024. When I test dove the vehicle the **** light was on, and I asked the son *** who rode on the test drive about the vehicle, and he said it was probably low and needed some air. I asked about the condition of the truck with just over ******* miles and was told by the son **** that a new radiator and thermostat was replaced and other than that the vehicle ran well.Upon driving the truck from the dealership, I heard a water swooshing sound coming from beneath the dashboard. Called and was told by **** that the noise was water in the ******* the time I got home the check engine light was on.I had the truck checked the next day to discover that there were several codes, and the truck needed repairs. I called and emailed and never got a return call nor response to the emails.I had the truck towed back to them on August 6th and presented the document from the OBD2 report.I called on the 16th to inquire about the truck and was told that I could come pick the truck up as it was ready. I get there, the **** light was still on. The check engine light came on again as I drove home. I called ****, expressed that I'd take it to the ******************** to get it checked out by a certified mechanic. The mechanic report detailed that the truck has many issues in its current state. I decided to return it and spoke to **** on Tuesday when he called me to see if the replacement temporary tags arrived at my mailing address. The truck front tag was missing at the time of pick up from the lot. Replacement tags were to be sent overnight never arrived. I informed him of the service report from ***** and expressed that I do not want the truck and requested all funds paid to be returned. He was to call me back by Thursday and that call never came. I followed up with an email and call on Friday August 23rd. Previous calls made and emails sent were responded to. I'll have my attorney proceed to take action immediately unless resolved.

Was given a price for monthly payments length of loan and percentage rate, gave a deposit to hold truck because somone was interested in it.Drove 3 hrs to dealership they stayed later because we had traffic was cool explained a lot of things. When coming back from test drive and they had my trade guy peels out in my truck and flys into parking lot.Once inside they realized they made a mistake with quote and was trying to back track to fix it,finding someone that would finance it they wouldnt ,so he starts asking about coming up with money and how we need to help him because hes helping us and stayed late.Them when I said thanks for wasting my time he flipped started telling me I dont know how car deals work or how down payments work and starts questioning my age saying I dont know how things work at my age is ridiculous and getting very irate his friend or brother was holding him back like so he couldnt get to me all over mistakes that they made by not telling us we needed a down payment in the first place which any good dealer would do and over a copy of how the deal is structured, but not this place he puts it on the customer to figure out because no one nows how to buy a car according to him. Also contacted them twice before leaving and said just bring the truck and insurance card right and the response was yes all set.there just isnt enough words or room here to explain how bad the place was once he heard he wasted my time over 3 hrs drive to be yelled at and belittled about how at my age I know nothing totally unprofessional

Unpleasant Experience with Unprofessional Car Salesman - Buyers, Please Look Elsewhere! In my recent encounter with Car Bargain dealership, unfortunately, the experience was marred by an unprofessional and disrespectful car salesman. The Salesman's Demeanor Included Cursing and Aggressive Raising of their Voice, creating an Uncomfortable Atmosphere for a Serious Buyer. Moreover, the Salesman Failed to Honor their Commitments, going back on promises made during negotiations. This lack of integrity Raised Serious Concerns about the dealership's credibility and customer service standards.Additionally, a more troubling discovery was made when examining their Red 2006 ***** Colorado. It was evident that Check Engine Codes had been Intentionally Cleared. Revelation to this Cleared Engine Code was brought to light by using a Actron Auto-Scanner that connects to the *** Port (for free at AutoZone, less than 2 mins) Revealed an Error Code finding of P0300, indicating Immediate Issues with Engine Misfires. To navigate such situations, I would recommend future shoppers to invest in a scan tool when considering vehicles from this dealership. This tool can provide valuable insights into a vehicle's health and help discern any potential issues that *** not be immediately apparent, or just flat out AVOID this dealership. This Unprofessional Behavior, coupled with a Lack of Transparency in Vehicles' Condition, reflects poorly on the dealership's reputation and customer relations. Prospective buyers are Strongly Advised to Exercise Caution, perform thorough vehicle inspections, and consider investing in a scan tool for added assurance when dealing with this dealership.*Take Your Money Elsewhere - REMEMBER, YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY - You Deserve A Better Experience Elsewhere*

*****************. We already responded to this exact review on ******* and the multiple other websites you have posted it. I am very sorry once again that we couldn't accept your offer for the ******** by taking off $2500, we base our prices on the market as fair as possible. Also sales taxes are non negotiable because those are government fees. We tried being as transparent as possible and it seemed like you were already in the angry state of mind because of the offer not being accepted. we tried showing other vehicles in your price range but you werent up to that either. I hope you found a great deal on a vehicle elsewhere and we will be here for you if you ever need another vehicle.
