    On 15 June 2022, this company attempted to tow my vehicle. I am an LPN working in the home of one of the residents. This resident has a child with special needs. I have been with this family for 10 months. I have parked all over the complex. There is plenty of parking for residents and others. The people in the complex know me. I take the child out in his wheelchair on nice days. On school days I accompany him on his accessible bus. No one has ever said I was to park in a specific spot. The ******* County Sheriff Deputy witnessed the event. A man with no ID stole my information: my credit card number zip and phone number. He stated this was the only way to prevent the towing of my vehicle. I was told the office had been called and my vehicle reported. The office is closed on Wed. I was informed he needed my phone number to send me a receipt. A receipt showed up in my email about 12pm the next day stating the charge not the service. The reason I learned of this, was the Mom of my patient was returning from a medical appointment. She raced into the home stating "Ms ***** they are towing your car" This parent does not have English as her first language, and although she speaks beautifully, she does not always understand English. The owner of the complex has been notified. A resolution has been reached, however I am attempting to advocate for this injustice. I think there may be graft involved. The County Sheriff department has also been notified. I can send you the e- receipt if required.

    I have not received reimbursement. My car was not towed. The company attempted to tow it from the complex.

    We were called by the Management of this complex to tow her vehicle.  She was parked in a spot specifically for residents.   The office manager and property manager were their also and the resident she works for had been told before to tell the nurse where she has to park.  It is the residents responsibility to inform their guests of where they can park.   Once we receive a call from the Apt complex and we hook up to a vehicle there is a charge.    If she has any further issue she needs to take it up with the Apt. manager.

    I did take it up with the business Humanities Inc that owns the property. My patient's mothercwas unaware of where I was to park. Her husband signed the lease where this information can be found. He has left the country. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
