      The dentist filed my dental visit incorrectly last year with insurance resulting in the dentist continually sending an incorrect bill. After calling the insurance company and at least 10 calls to the dentist they were supposed to fix this mistake. After going months with no bill, and in fact at one point received a zero dollar balance notification, I received another bill with hundreds of dollars of incorrect charges again. My husband has called and left multiple messages, as have I because they never answer the phone. They also do not return any phone calls. I need help to get this issue fixed and Im hoping that the dentist responds to a BBB inquiry, because theyre not fixing the issue or responding to any messages. Thank you for your consideration and assistance.
