1 starIf I could leave a negative star review, I would. Friday 4/4 I got online to pre- purchase tickets for the upcoming Saturday (4 tickets), upon completing the transaction we received an error regarding our address, we then input the address again a second time and received the same error. We decided to just close out and we would purchase at the gates. We wake up Saturday morning to TWO ******* charges, TAKEN out of our account. not processing but CLEARED charges. that is a total of ********* GONE. Upon seeing this I checked my email for tickets, with no tickets or even a confirmation to be found. We arrive at the park and go to the guest services zone, to be told by a MANAGER (Randy) "I do not know where your money is, it will most likely return within 7-10 DAYS" and "it is not my problem, you will need to contact our corporate office, then told us to google the contact. Very unprofessional and zero help. His own staff even apologized to us for his lack of concern, and gave us the contact information, as well as an email. without further a due, it is now 4/10 with ZERO communication from their corporate office, I have called 4 times and emailed twice a day with no response. We have not been able to pay two bills and not purchased groceries for the week due to the burden this has placed. We were simply trying to celebrate our child's birthday, which has turned into a TOTAL nightmare. I will never do business here again, as they are thieves, and the complete lack of empathy and customer service I have received is appalling. I have contacted an attorney to mitigate on our behalf, as emails and calls are doing nothing. DO NOT SUPPOPRT THIS COMPANY.Review fromKaylyn G

1 starLost my phone under a coaster while exiting the ride on 10./18. Filed a lost and found report immediately as I was instructed by park employees. Per ******* the phone was found 2 days later but they failed to notify me until 1 week later. They then asked me to pay *** to ship it or list a pickup person. I listed a pickup person and he went to pick it up 10/26 and they refused to hand it to him. This is ridiculous. On top of spending money on park tickets, parking, etc. I’ve now had to spend **** to get a new phone and now $** to ship because they refused to honor the pickup person instructions I provided. Terrible customer service and shady business practice!!!!Review fromStephanie W

1 starSea world and busch gardens ezpay and auto renewal are a joke and dishonest and criminal. My email account is completely spammed with emails from busch gardens that any useful emails from the company gets lost in the shuffle. I made a trip with my son June 2023 and purchased 2 memberships. Getting auto renewed and charged ****** six times since July 2024 is ridiculous. I live in Wisconsin with no close park. I'm accustomed to how six flags and cedar fair don't auto renew. It's how it should be doneReview fromBarbara J R

1 starVisit 9/28/24 around 1or 2pm Was call over to check in with security Don or Dan, he stated he had to ask me two questions about my service dog… 1: type? Service dog 2: Anxiety… Then he ask me all kinds of questions. what my service dog will do if I had an attack??? I answered but you said only two questions… Don security told me to put my service dog in a kennel I even ask him if he needs to see paperwork ??? He decline. I talk with Gail, stated she couldn’t do anything about it because Don declined me entering with my service dog… my first visit was not good at all we paid$$$ If I had an anxiety attack what would (Don or Dan)security do???without me service dog??? We left upset! This is sad ?? Visiting from NC, Gail and Don, Security officers need to be train again… Never ask a person about their personal disabilities… I think his name was Don.Review fromJames B

1 starMy wife and I have been loyal Premier members of Busch Gardens for the past few years and have always enjoyed our experiences at the park. However, our recent interaction with Busch Gardens' customer service has left us deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. In January 2024, my wife underwent surgery to remove a bone spur on her left foot, which required a lengthy recovery process. As a result, we called Busch Gardens to inquire about putting our membership on hold for three months to accommodate her recovery period. Despite our expectation that this hold would suspend our membership dues for the duration of our absence from the park, we were shocked to discover that we were back-charged for the months we were not utilizing the membership. Upon contacting Busch Gardens' customer service to request a refund for the $****** we were unfairly charged, we were met with resistance and ultimately denied any refund. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, we received no callback and our subsequent email inquiry via Busch Gardens' website went unanswered. This experience has not only demonstrated a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction but also a failure to uphold principles of fairness and transparency. It is unacceptable for Busch Gardens to penalize loyal customers who responsibly manage their memberships, especially without clear communication regarding the consequences of putting a membership on hold. The lack of response and accountability from Busch Gardens' customer service team is deeply concerning and does not reflect the level of service we expect from a company of Busch Gardens' reputation.Review fromAaron b

1 starBroken Cancelation button on subscriptions. I tried to cancel my Subscription at the end of 2023 because i purchased new ones. I was charged in December after it should have been canceled already, i went back and canceled it again only to be charged again in January, i had already paid off my yearly in full and it ended in November, im not sure Why they refuse to cancel my old Membership but when i called customer service about getting refunded they said i showed active and that my membership was not showing as canceled.Review fromLinda M

1 starFor Christmastown, Busch Gardens allows way too many people in on Sat, 12/09, it was horrible. Even before dusk we stood in line forever for shows only to be informed it was full, lines for every ride were worse than the lines in July at park. The crowds were so bad, you were surrounded on every side and were actually being touched & bumped into constantly. Those with disabilities were not being let into the flow of the crowd, and if they were let it, it was not safe. People w/strollers like us were being pressed on every side, we keep losing the rest of our party & not due to a lack of effort, due to the overcrowdedness. People were horrible at allowing people into the flow. We got fed up at 7 pm, we could not see the lights or decorations due to the crowds, it took us 45 mins to get from outside of Germany to the front of the park, to assure our entire party with several minors were all together. As we left park they were still allowing people to come into the park, the lines were back to up to the preferred parking lot to get in. Parking lot was worse, People coming into park were driving aggressively to try to get a parking space, which was dangerous & made getting out of your parking space& trying to exit the park a nightmare. When we started to exit the lot at 8:50 there were cars upon cars coming into the park, the lines were backed up to the parking lot entrance. The park closed at 10 am & I doubt those trapped in the lines to enter made it into the park. I didn't feel safe, if there was an accident or incident where people would need to be evacuated, the crowd would trample each other. Busch Gardens shouldn't allow that many people into park, which is partially closed during Christmastown, & care about the experience of each guest & not the amount of money they can make in a day. Park as also now gone cashless. Some food locations only offer mobile app ordering. Another inconveniences for those who pay w/cash. It was stressful & I so disappointing.
