    Called Heavens Best and talked to the owner who gave me a price of under $100 for the area rug. I repeated the price back. The next day an unmarked van showed up and took the rug and left no receipt. It was supposed to take a week. Close to a month later, I call looking for the rug. He said it was done and he was going to deliver it the next day. Late that day, I called looking for them, and he asked for my address and a description of the rug. He had no clue. He called back and said he had to wash the rug three times but it got clean. The delivery people came and delivered the rug. Said the price was $300. I called the owner, and texted the owner, no answer, no call back. We unrolled the rug. It was still damp and smelled like mildew. The rug was frayed and had pulled fibers in it. The rug...ruined. Had he told me the price and that the fibers would be frayed up front I could have made the choice to proceed or take it elsewhere. But nothing. I paid $300 and my rug is ruined.
