      On April 23rd, 2023 I was sending back my controller for repairs since I had a warranty still on the product. I received instructions from Laza modz to send the controller back with the order number so that the controller would be worked on with no extra cost. I used ***** to send the package and the package was signed by a Laza modz employee. The controller was bought on April 21st, 2022 and was purchased with a two year warranty. Truly I'd just like a refund since I can tell that I will never receive my controller back. The business and Zak the owner have not tried resolving this issue. I paid 340 dollars for this product/warranty included.

      I purchased a product for $168 on December 6, 2024. They sell custom video game controllers. I never received my order and they will not answer emails, phone calls or voicemails regarding my order. I was told months ago it was almost complete. They took my money and never sent my product. They will not refund my money.

      I ordered a product from LazaMods on November 18th 2023 and I have yet to receive it. I tried contacting the company via email multiple times and they always say they’re still working on the product. The last email I sent is attached from June 8th 2024 and they did not respond. It’s been 7 months since I ordered and I’d like for them to refund my 199.41.

      On October 13, 2023 I purchased a custom *** controller and was promised a turnaround date of up to 12 weeks. Every time I've tried to get an update in the last 8 months I am given a standard 'in production' email response with no estimated date of completion. This is unacceptable that the company refuses to refund after this much time has past. Absolutely a scam.

      I have been in contact with company since March 26th and have been waiting for a product being sold 3 different time frames I would be getting my product shipped out. I contacted my bank to dispute a charge. I have been ignored since March 26th about the following USPS pick up. I have tried contacting them on Instagram. ********, called 3 times, and emailed both their emails on their website. My bank got involved and they threatened my bank with getting their lawyers involved. There are many reviews with how they do the same thing where people waited a year+ and received defective products. I am including emails, messages, and email statement from my bank. I just want my money back and never use this business again. It was a gift for my brother and now he doesn't even want it. ****** can't dispute because it's been over 120 days as well as my bank. They change their time frame frequently on their website about wait time. I made the order September 4th 2023 and now it's April 19th 2024. No product and now no communication.

      I ordered the controller October 2023 it is now April and they are giving me the run around I emailed them plenty of times they are a fraud they keep you waiting and waiting

      I made an order for a custom controller for playstation 5 and skin plates from them on 8/18/23. The website said it takes up to 8 weeks to get your order. It has now been seven months and their support team tells me to keep watching the track my order. My order has been in quality check for the past 5 months and they won't help me. I don't know what else to do to get what I paid for.

      I ordered a custom controller from this company on 8/8/2023, expecting it to receive it or at least have them ship it out 8-10 weeks later, as stated in the FAQ. However, it's been way past 10 weeks and my controller still isn't here. I made it clear to the customer support team that it's for my bf's birthday present, but they keep coming up with excuses. Then, in the end, they just send me these no-reply emails every few months to tell me that they are still working on the controller. I just would like my controller to be shipped out by the end of this month. If they cannot do that, I would like a full refund.

      They have lied about expected delivery dates. They refuse to give a realistic date. They promised it would arrive before the end of the year. The whine about taking on more orders while trying to attempt to finish current orders. They think that their bad business model will elicit sympathy from paying customers. Order #****

      I Order controller on 08/08/023 and I was told item be delivered in 11 weeks at the most. 5 months later no real updates and if I cancel a 25% restoking fee for service unfulfilled. I have now research complaints from other who have been scamed.
