  Ten Stars would be more accurate - for ***** in ********* who so patiently listened to me try to explain the problem we were having with our Blue Canyon system, and helping me get the correct warranty papers into their system -- and for the wonderful technician, who came today, ******* *****! ********* presence was professional, proactive, and inspiring. He diagnosed the problem and got right to work. He generously checked other aspects of the drainage system we had installed years ago under B-Dry. We knew we needed a new battery for that system but had not ordered one. Fortunately, ******* came prepared. He had the right battery in his truck and installed it for us in no time. We are so happy to have had these issues handled so competently. Thank you, *****. Thank you, *******. Ten stars, folks!

  The crew was professional and took care of leaving the area clean and organized. They were doing some foundation work and took pictures of each step in the process to show me. They took care of all the work that was required. Thank you to ******, *******, and ***** for your wonderful work.

  Our service technician, *************************, was great. He has been coming to our house for about five years. He is professional, explains everything he has done and is completely honest about our pumps and batteries. We look forward to seeing him each year.

  ******* ***** has worked on our 58Foundations sump pump system since it was installed years ago, and he has been fantastic. He is knowledgeable, personable, and great to work with. He returned to check the system recently and found and fixed an issue before it became a problem. He thoroughly inspects our system each year, and we trust him completely.

  I can't say enough good things about the crew from 58 Foundations! ******, Foray, and ***** were fantastic! They arrived right at the beginning of our installation window and were friendly and courteous right from the get go. They knew exactly what needed to be done, I just had to show them where to go. I couldn't believe how fast they were. We had foam board insulation and a dehumidifier installed in a crawl space and the next thing I know they were knocking on the door to let me know they were finished! I honestly wouldn't have even known they were there if my dogs hadn't been barking the whole time. ****** went over everything they were going to do beforehand and then reviewed all the work with me afterwards. I highly, highly recommend 58 Foundations!

  We had a tricky challenge with our cellar. 58Foundations did a great job. ******* ***** is exceptional- he listens and he has incredible technical expertise. ******* knows what to do to resolve any issues with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.   Hands down the best home construction company I've ever worked with. My husband and I hired 58 Foundations to waterproof our crawlspace. We interviewed three different companies and received three very different proposals, but the proposal by **** at 58 Foundations was the only one that felt honest and fairly priced. **** is such a gentleman. Our interaction with the scheduling specialist was just as lovely and she was able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. The communication with everyone at the company was excellent and I received a call two days before confirming our appointment. The crew was just fantastic. They arrived right on time and right on schedule, walked us through the work to be done and every few hours showed me photos of their progress (I wasn't going to get into the crawlspace to look myself!). The work took only two days and now it looks like a completely different space, completely transformed. It looks so clean, it looks more like a finished basement than a crawlspace! We are very, very pleased with the work and our overall interaction with this company. We highly recommend.

  So I'll start with the good. The construction crew was professional and their work was solid. We're about a month past the installation of a drain system and it is working well and I have no complaints about the system whatsoever.Now let's address the reason for two star rating. With this company I had to manage my own project which, for what you're paying, is insane. Once we signed a contract, getting them to accept payment was a chore requiring multiple calls and emails on my part over multiple weeks and it didn't stop there.Twice I was scheduled for construction and installation and adjusted my work schedule only to have them not show. They tried to blame the county, but after some direct questioning from me, I got their office to pull the project file to find they never applied for the permit to begin with and were scheduling me with no hope of work actually starting. On our third attempt, work finally got underway and again that part was smooth.After completing the project, they never called for final inspection. When I called the office they once again could not accept responsibility and claimed the construction crew didn't know they had to call because they were out of state--which was an outright lie because I was standing next to the crew ******* during the initial inspection while he had an in depth conversation about final inspections. They then offered to call for final inspection. I never heard anything back after several weeks and finally called for it myself.Worse, if you want to talk to a manager to try to resolve your issues you're never going to speak with one. Their contact information isn't posted and all their line staff does is run interference and refuse to let you speak to them.In short, they have a quality product but be prepared for poor responsiveness, no accountability, and a lack of integrity when it comes to owning their mistakes.
