            I bought a fridge that was new and lightly dented. The company ensured me that the fridge worked and even gave me an one year warranty for any issues I might have. I plugged in the fridge and it wouldn't cool past 67 degrees. I then called the company and they told me I had to use the warranty they provided. I attempted to register the product online under the warranty number but kept receiving an error stating, The warranty serial number doesn't exist or has already been registered. I tried to contact the store once again but they screened my calls and wouldn't return my calls. This business is running a scam where they sell broken appliances with previously used warranty serial numbers.

            I had an extremely bad experience with this company. They sold me a dishwasher as well as a fridge. I was told that they both will be delivered to me. They charged me $125 extra to hook up the dishwasher. Up on arrival, I was told that the fridge has a filter, I don't need to buy a new one for the fridge. The guys stated everything is good to go. I started the dishwasher and just wanted it to rinse before I put my dishes. All of the sudden my entire kit was filled with water. I couldn't stop it since it was coming from inside of the dishwasher. I called the store, they said it will be 5 hours before someone can get there. I called my neighbors to help me. They turned off the main water line. After 5 hours when their tech guy arrived. He said that the dishwasher was broken and his company shouldn't have sold this peace. He called his store and explained the situation. I had to call a guy to cone clean up the mess. My rug, the kitchen walls badicly my entire kitchen was effected. I had to pay $800 out of pocket. They didn't even had the decency to accept their fault, instead the stop picking up my calls.
