This was honestly the worst nail experience I have ever had in my life. I was really desperate to get my nails done since I had to go on vacation next day. I came in as a walk-in. I was taken advantage of I went to *****. First thing he asked was if it was for a special event, it was. My anniversary was coming up. Then he asked what I do for work. He initially stated a price for everything $150. As he already started on my pedicure he tells me hes sorry it is actually $25 more after the fact. At that point he already started and Im at $100 for a pedicure. Its absurd and I never heard of it. I showed him I wanted a pointy tip full set, he told me $70. Before we even got started he had me pay they hand me my card and started naming all these additional charges. Im confused and later I realized he charged me $195, then he says I can only get basic french tip, thin lines will be $25 more. He had me cash app him. I had glue stuck to me everywhere, my nails look NOTHING like the pictures I was referring to. I was charged over $200 for nails which does not seem reasonable. My finger nails were crooked. I have never in my life paid more than $70 for a full on glam set nails, design etc. he said it was because the shape, and the thin tip. He then proceeded to gossip about me with his coworkers and complaining. I asked is there a problem? He realize I needed my nails before vacation and started charging me for random things. My nails look nothing like what I asked for. He charged my card more than agreed on. Service was awful. I tried to get a hold of management which was impossible. I never got a call back and was always steered away. After talking with local friends, they ALL stated that this place is known for fraud. They charge you more each time and try to offer you alcohol so you dont realize you were overcharged.

    To Whom It May Concern,

We value our customers and only charge people according to what services they'd ask for.  Before any services, our tech usually explain the prices and steps to our customers and make sure they agree before we proceed.  Alcohol, fruits, snacks and chocolate are complementary and free of charge to all our customers.  Anything that our customers are not happy with, they can feel free to come back within 3 days for any repairs but we do not refund on a service that has been completed.  If *** ******* feels that our prices are too much, please get a service that is very basic which could start at $30.  We have a lot of customers everyday and we don't know any story behind each person so there's nothing that our tech could gossip about our customers.  We try the best we can to make our customers happy.  We have been in business for more than 30 years at the same location.  *** ******** may choose somewhere that's more affordable for her if she feels uncomfortable with our salon but we have tried the best we can to make our customers happy.  Thank you for understanding -

    Happy Nails
