September 30 I traded a 2019 Hyundai Elantra For a 2008F 450 power stroke 6.4.The truck did have all leaks including the valve cover gasket’s And the dealership agreed to have them fixed. within three days of me purchasing this vehicle the truck blew a 6 inch hole in the engine block it has now been 5 1/2 months since I’ve seen my truck it has been at *** ****** ** ******* ******** I have been through 11 rental cars and some of them has broke down and I have evidence of them breaking down transmission problems Brake problems and engine problems. I have tried to negotiate with the dealership about buying my truck back and they seem to not want to do that I have filled a better business bureau report against the diesel shop but since I did not buy the vehicle from them I cannot do that the dealership is not willing to negotiate on an agreement with the diesel shop so I have to take legal actions against the dealership I have constantly asked him to buy the vehicle back and after my truck blew up I asked him to trade for my car back before they sold it and I would and they told me they had somebody that wanted it so I’m just asking for the vehicle to be bought back because this has been a 5 1/2 month process and I am 19Years old paying for a truck and I can’t even use it I’m currently driving junkie cars and trucks that are breaking down because They don’t wanna put me in their new stuff because They can make a buck off selling it. There has been numerous vehicles that doesn’t have airbags and I have picture evidence there’s numerous vehicles that do not have proper inspection stickers and the police have been informed on thatAll I’m asking is for my money back and I take my money elsewhere and I’ll make sure I warn people of this businesses bad habits And if need be I have people to testify in court recent customers Of Galax auto exchange.
