    I was misled, swindled, and lied to regarding me. purchase of a 2023 Nissan Leaf. This started when I went to the dealership on August 18, 2023, I stated that I go on a lot of trips to ******** *****, a 650-mile round trip, and Northwest ******** a 1600-mile round trip, I was told that I would be able to drive anywhere I wanted with no problems and that there were charging stations everywhere, and I would save hundreds of dollars on fuel costs. Two salesmen, both reassured me of my concerns about being able to take the car on road trips, so I took them up on the offer and traded in my Rouge. The next afternoon I went to our only. local charging station to see how to fast charge the car I then found out that I could only use one of the six chargers called a CHADEMO the Leaf could only use; I was not told of this by the salesmen. beforehand at the dealership. Another person charging up showed me how to download the station app. to my phone, open an account, and deposit funds into the account to charge up. You need to do this at every competing EV charging company, there are dozens of EV charging Companies. you may need to deal with, I also wasn't told of this by the dealership. So, while I was charging the Leaf. another person that was charging their car said to me, that he felt sorry for me about the fact that the CHADEMO plug is being phased out and discontinued, I was floored by this devastating news, I am sure. wasn't told of this at the dealership and this would have definitely been a deal breaker and goes against everything I was told regarding my needs and the capabilities of the Leaf. I further, and I found out that it was worse than I could have ever imagined. It was decided in January of 2022 the CHADEMO PLUG would be phased out and discontinued. What this means to me is that an already limited number of available CHADEMO Chargers will soon be no CHADEMO Chargers

    I was lied to about my nissan rogue 2022 was told it would take 4 to 6 months to get a new motor. That was 10/03/23 and it is now on their car lot for sale. I felt distressed about not having a vehicle so after being told that I traded. I even reached out to the Corporate General Manager and he also lied and said it was on back order. I feel like I was misled due to I had no pymt on the Rogue it was paid off and now I have a payment. I just put $1000 on 80000 mile ******** tires on it last year and only had 8000 miles on those tires. My Rogue had around 20200 miles on it. This was a very bad deal and I was misled and lied to. They also took my extended warranty and Gap as down payment on the vehicle I got. Any a questions please let me know. The detailer told me my motor was in after 13 days of trading. This is bad business and what I call screwing and lying to a hard worker.
