Called on a Monday to get a duct work quote and someone was at my house fairly quick the same day. I got 3 other quotes but Worley's was by far the most professional so I decided to go with them. Within a couple of weeks the job went super smooth and I have 0 complaints at all and will be using Worley's for all my home needs. Highly recommend!!!

Worley's Home Services are Worley's RIP OFF services. They came to repair my central AC which I have a 10 year contract for parts. They injected green dye into the system for a suspected leak and added 10 lbs. of refrigerant for which they charged me for along with labor. The dye clogged up the system and caused the compressor to explode. Another tech came out and gave estimate to replace compressor and add another 10 lbs of refrigerant AND charge labor and price of refrigerant AGAIN. I used another company and they charged half the price for fixing my system.

Mr & Mrs ****** the unit was installed by another contractor in 2018. It was under a 10 year parts warranty. We put a refrigerant dye into the system along with 4 pounds of freon. When the freon leaked out again, the dye showed us where the leak was. We then preformed the repair to the suction line inside the condenser. We repaired broken manufacturer, solder joint inside of condenser unit, used dry nitrogen during all brazing, conduct a pressure test after brazing was complete, system held pressure, vacuum system down below 500 µm, conducted five minute standing micron test system did not raise above 480 µm, charge charged system with appropriate refrigerant charge (7 pounds of new refrigerant), system is now cooling with a 20° delta T. The compressor failed and blew the electrical connection out the side of the compressor, which is usually caused by acid in the system. Dye is not acid and does not cause this. The compressor most likely failed due to an improper installation when the system was originally install by a previous contractor. We offered an estimate to replace the compressor under parts warranty from York. When replacing the compressor the freon needs to be removed and replaced with new. We are sorry for the poor experience, we would be willing to offer a refund for a portion of the job as our apology.
