    They lie and cheat you out of money. They send inferior product. Wont allow refund. Very rude and disrespectful to ppl grieving.

    During a very hard time this company stepped up in such a big way for me. Their dedication to providing me with exactly what I wanted was so impressive and very much appreciated. Their personable and attentive customer service was excellent and helpful. They were able to give me an honest time frame and I even recieved my piece sooner than we expected. Now my grandma will be as close to my heart as she was when I was a child and would spend the most amazing ******* of my life with her. Thank you cremation solutions for providing me with everything I needed in such a hard time.

    I would not ever use this company. They mislead you but not informing you the merchandise does not necessarily come from their company. I ordered two pieces of jewelry, paid extra for a two-day delivery, only to find out each piece came from a different company, thus, the extra money I spent was all for nothing. When I first ordered, I received no confirmation, but they didn't hesitate to get their money. Communication is terrible. Very sad to have this type of service for any business, but especially when someone is looking for something related to a death. Cremation Solutions only adds to your grieving. Do not use Cremation Solutions!****

    Ordered and payed for a monument, have not received any updates, like others we have called several times only to get an answering service . This place has to be a scam as we have paid over $3500. and are so far only getting no response. Stay away from this so called company. I cannot give an honest star rating because we have no monument nor our money. The BBB says you have to leave one.
