    My name is ***************************** and I purchased a 2012 ****** Rogue back in May 2022 and I was never told that it will need a transmission replacement so I ended up having it checked by a transmission specialist and ************* shop in Burlington ******* bought it to my attention and I am trying to get the transmission replaced only the warranty company is covering half and I have to come up with the rest of the money and I still owe the bank for it I tried calling Poulin Auto sales many times and no answer

    Customer has called in and also message company social media pages regarding repairs from service garage of his choice and each question has been answered regarding calling warranty company and releasing repairs to be performed to A one auto and trying to assist in coverage. . Regarding the services performed when claims are paid under the warranty ****************** purchased the garage must provide a minimum of 12 months ****** miles warranty coverage for the repairs performed and or completed. ********* has called and spoken with A One Automotive regarding the repairs they have performed and also explained this to them. Mr. ******** warranty coverage is a max ****** of the original purchase price of his vehicle which was $8578.00 there was one previous claim paid out for replacing the valve body, warranty paid out $1999.65 for repair of Valve body after deductible. It has been requested from ****************** to get more details from the A One repair facility regarding the charges and coverage up current and previous repairs. Research was done to find a used transmission assembly for his vehicle and one can be located for $1925.00 from a local used parts supplier.

    I want to return the vehicle to Poulin Auto sales and get a refund I dont want the car anymore its giving me to many issues

    At this time we can offer to trade the customer into a different vehicle. ****************** purchased his currently vehicle on 4/21/22 with ******* miles, per the warranty request the vehicle currently has ******* miles;  the vehicle has been driven ****** miles since purchase and Poulin Auto cannot offer to just take a vehicle back after the amount of time and miles that has passed since being sold. If ****************** would like to start the sales process over and trade in the ****** Rogue to find an alternative vehicles please call in directly and we can start the trade/sales process.

    i rather just return the vehicle I dont need the headache anymore and I dont want a new loan either.
