            on 07/17/22 roofers came out to repair a leak. they moved my metal 2" over and rescrewed the screws in.That night water came pouring in -I called the owner and he said he would be there in am.He came but said his crew refused to come because they said my roof was wet.He went up there and found the crew didn't s**** the cap. He came back on 07/21/22 and gave me a bill of $3000.00 and a 5yr warranty.I gave him a check and he left.He had to come out in the fall for a leak and retightened screws again. On 4/10/23 I sent him an email that it was leaking again and a pic of my ceiling -he said he would be out.On O7/08/23 I emailed him again because he had not shown up yet and he came out that day.He said he retightened screws and off he went. AGAIN, I had to call him and he said there is nothing more he can do for me---I need a new roof for $12,600.I emailed him about the 5yr warranty and got no response.This is where I stand now.

            The work was done by his crew although we expected **** as he made us feel that way when we signed up. That was over 2 months ago. Since then we have asked many times for him to remove his tools off our roof. He says it will get done but nothing yet. Worst is although he has a 30 year warranty when we texted asking him to mend a slight imperfection he got belligerent and said it wasnt his work. Once we talked, he agreed on the small repair even down to a date he would come and he has been a no show since with no reply to any inquiry. I would not recommend **** if you expect a good follow through after you pay.

            Customer demanded that I fixed a part of the roof that was done by another roofer many years ago claiming it was my work. After sending them pictures of our work and what was already existing they then understood that we did not do that section of the roof the only tool that was forgotten was a caulk gun up on the flatter part of the roof which I have not had a chance to grab off the roof yet. I wish there was an option on here to post pictures so all can see what we are actually talking about.
