      I was sent a wheel of fortune ticket in the mail, it said to match the same three pictures win the prize I did match and it said I won $25,000 I called the number on the ticket and the man who answered said yes I won. I went in and it turns out I didn't but they gave me a $2 scratch ticket and said they could help pay off my credit card debt. The man said he likes to help the community. Well they said they would pay off my current vehicle plus ALL of my credit card debt, all I had to do was move vehicles, I would have the same monthly payment although it's an older vehicle. They did not pay off all of my debt they are supposedly giving me ***** towards my debt but now I'm left with a vehicle with a monthly payment of $650. I 100% cannot afford this I asked for my car back and they said it has been sold. What they are doing in unacceptable, they are praying on desperate people, and leaving them in worse situations.

      Im trying to cancel a extended warranty and gap insurance on a vehicle I purchase . I feel I was deceived and the dealership has been evasive and uncooperative in allowing me to opt out of this part of the financial agreement.

      On 6/21 bought a truck from ford.signed contract.6 days later said they made a mistake and wanted to refund some of down payment and raise payment I explained the importance of that low payment and was not voiding our signed contract.2 weeks later I get first payment that has higher payment. Brattleboro ford sent new contract with a Esigned pic of my signature. I did not authorize this I did not sign this,I did not know they did this until **** came in.ford credit says they only have the higher contract and that I am to pay that. I have the signed contract,I have the receipt for the first payment ,that is the lower payment. How can they change the terms and void our signed contract? Much more sign my name?
