I had place an order online for a Apple pen 2nd generation with small dog electronics and to be delivered and sign for as well. Since online states that they package requires signatures upon delivery I had decided to order it. But upon delivery the package was just left unattended and Small dog stated they are not responsible for stolen package. They stated that I would have to locate my package and also stated for me to order a new one through them why they locate or resolve the issue. I had told them that I will be buying the item I want in person and than they states that they will not be able to **** a refund how it is there store policy but no where online states that.

This customer's order shows as delivered by **** The order was delivered by the **** on 3/8/23 at 3pm at , in, or near your mailbox. We suggested the customer work with his/her neighbors/building supervisor etc to try and locate the package. The package is insured for $100 through ****, we have suggested that he allow us to file a claim, or he can file a claim, for the package he can not locate: I can place a trace on it with the postal service, but most likely another will have to be ordered.

I suggest you offer a new address when re-ordering online.

Thank you for your patience while the postal service looks into it.

You may have to sign waivers in order to claim the $100 insurance for the shipment.

I will keep you in the loop as to the claims process.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. --- We have offered to ship another unit, but the customer has decided to buy it in person at a different store. As the parcel shows as delivered to the address requested by the customer and he's not wanting to proceed with the suggested trace with **** we feel we have done our best to offer resolutions for what we feel is a stolen package from the address once it was delivered and we do not feel that we are responsible for this.
