On November 8, 2021 I placed an online tree seed order with Treeseeds.com that operates out of ******* at *****************************************************. I used an online program called Cash App for my $96.00 order #***** which consisted of:1 Colorado Blue Spruce Tree Seeds (500 seeds) $15.00 ************************************** seeds) $15.00 *********************************** seeds) $15.00 ****************************** seeds) $20.00 ************************ seeds) $8.00 1 Chinese Red Bud (**** seeds) $20.00 1 Bigleaf Maple (********) $3.00 Shipping was free on orders of $50.00 or more The money was taken from my bank on November 10, 2021. I have made three calls to the company's number ************ without reaching anyone or receiving a call back from voice mails left. I have also sent several emails to [email protected] to find out where my order was but have received no response. On November 18, 2021 *** from Treeseeds.com declined my request for a refund on the Cash App program. As of December 5, 2021 I have not received my $96.00 order of tree seeds and I have received no communications from the company even acknowledging my request for information let alone a status of my order. The website states that orders will be shipped 3 to 7 business days from the date of the order. It has been **************************** communications from treeseeds.com.I ask for your help in either getting my order delivered or money back. Thanks.***************Initial Complaint

On Sept 24'th 2021 I ordered tree seeds from Treeseeds.com for an approx. total of $10.50. I never received any or even part of my order and have emailed the company requesting a refund but have not received any reply.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for seeds at treeseeds.com cashapp on 10/25 and have never received any shipment notification, I have emailed numerous times with no response. I requested a refund via cash app which was declined. This company is a scam, I don't know if they even have a product to sell. 100% Fraud.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. This website is a scam. Please dont send any type of payment to them. They are currently only accepting cash app or Venmo which have no buyer protection. That shouldve been a red flag. Stay away!!!!Initial Complaint

Submitted seed order last month. Received email notification that the order status changed to awaiting fulfillment. Order still has not arrived and my multiple emails and phone numbers have gone unanswered.Initial Complaint

I have made purchases from this company in the past and have had the same issue each time. My most recent purchase has still not been received. On one of my previous purchases I had to dispute the transaction through my credit card company and they gave me a refund. On September 22, 2021, I stupidly decided to give this business another chance. I placed an order for $53 worth of tree seeds and was told it would be shipped within 1-2 business days. Over the last 6 weeks I have emailed the company seven (7) times through their contact form, and have called the customer service number four (4) times. Nobody has ever answered the phone, and they have not returned a single email. On today's date I initiated another dispute with my credit card company because I had not received the product, and it appears that this company, yet again, will not deliver the product that was paid for. This company appears to be involved in very questionable business practices and needs action taken against it.Customer response

October 17th, order for $151.00 usd placed. Email confirmation received. October 18, $191 withdrawn from our bank account, October 19 2 payments withdrawn from bank account, both for $254.43. On October 26, an email was sent to us saying that the payment was refunded, please send payment through Venmo. No money was refunded, no order has been shipped, and there has been no response to emails or phone messages. We are out over 650$ from one order of seeds. We did not order 650$ worth of seeds. We are a hard working gardening family. We need to get all the money back. He has stolen from us.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. There has been no response through email or phone. I can only hope that there is a good reason for this persons terrible actions.
We have gone to our local bank and changed banking info so they cannot take out any more money, but we are really hoping to get the money back one day.
