Purchased Twilight camper in August of 2022. Returned camper to dealership in September for repairs due to leaking and other issues. Camper was at shop until Spring of 2023 and still not fixed. Over 30 emails and phone calls. Returned camper in April of 2023, leak found in window but needed to be ordered. Multiple phone calls and emails, no estimates given. Picked camper back up. Waited to hear back from RV One regarding delivery of window - camper is leaking in multiple spots and we are still waiting for a callback to get it into shop.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2022 Forest River Rockwood 2608BS from RV One Superstore ** in August 15, 2022. I had a No Boundaries toy hauler and live in a seasonal campground in the **** On that day, I cleaned out my toy hauler with all of my personal belongings (again, these campers are my summer home) and hauled it to RV One at 10am (my appt time) and the new camper was in the shop as the thermostat did not work. The purchase and sales agreement stated the new camper was to have two slide toppers installed and a ** mount in the bedroom. On August 15th, they received one correct topper and one that was the wrong size. They said it might be on the parts truck coming in around 2pm and what do you know,it was not. So they installed the ** mount in the bedroom and they used screws that were too long and they started to protrude to the outside wall. I was at their facility until 6pm!!! I had an hour and half drive back out to the campground and then had to put all of my personal belongings back into the new RV. Within a month, I had many issues with this camper. The biggest issue was the ** mount holes in the back bedroom wall, then the awning would not stay up (faulty arm) and the doors rub on the awning, leaving streak marks. There is a window that does not seal properly, one slide topper is sagging and collects water, the recliners are not bolted to the floor (or frame?), something behind the shower facuets leak, the ** cover on the roof is dented so it collects water, one slide does not ***** properly, the bathroom fan has a high pitched squeal on low speeds, and during the winter, a fender piece cracked. I brought my camper to them on Aril 11, 2023 for them to address all of the issues, and they had a deadline of May 8th, 2023. I had to make numerous calls to the service **** (and still do) for updates on the work. I am at my **** end. I do not have enough characters to finish the complaint.Customer Answer

I was with the company for 4 months, in which time I got 4 days of in person training, for an office manager position when I was solely hired for a title clerk. Mistakes where no being brought to my attention until I was getting a write up for the mistakes made, then they would use my absences due to having a child with special needs as a part of the right up. Finally they brought in someone who should of been my help and totally under minded me and put said new person above me with whatever pay and title she wanted, which then led me to essentially having nothing to do for days, then I started to discover they were slowly trying to bully me into quitting by making my work environment toxic and mentally draining. I chose not to give in and let them treat me like I didnt exist for over a month until they finally fired me, and saying I wasnt a good fit for the company.Initial Complaint

We purchased a 2022 ************ Transcend. We. were. told at. the. time of purchase. that if we had any issues they would be taken care of. We started having problems with the ** and contacted RV One we were told at that time they could not help us out because there was know recall on the **. We called grand Design and told them the issue and they sent us the part needed and a tech talked us though it but was not sure if it would fix it. We called back RV One again and still got know response. Mean while we started to have other issues water leaks and the door quit working i had to remove a part to make the door work. On OCT 15. we took the camper back to them after they agreed to look at it. They said it would be down in two weeks so we could winterize it and put away for the winter. After 3 weeks it was still not fixed and know one would return our calls we drove out there and they had dragged up to there top lot and forgot about it. They told us they were waiting for parts and it would be a couple of days never heard back from them. Drove out there again and they said they would winterize it and keep until fixed. We get a call 04/11/23 we could pick it up on that Friday. We went out there and still door the leaks and the ac was not fixed. At this time we told it would be ready on the 04/21 went out to pick it up and still door was not fixed the ac was not fixed and we were told there was nothing they could do for and have a nice day. We brought the camper back and we are trying to use our extended warranty to fix the issues we are being told they should of been fixed before the factory warranty ran out. Bottom line we paid $40,000 and have never had in satisfaction from RV One on any of the warrant issues.Initial Complaint

Please see the attached document for the details on the complaint. This space is not big enough.LONG story short. RV One promised and signed a contract to fix several items on our camper that we purchased from them however they have failed to do so. Extremely difficult to communicate with and have left us no option other than to seek legal action. Service is, by far, the worst department I have ever dealt with in my life. Sales took our money and then it was basically, well you are on your own now. Management is horrible as well as they won't return calls or emails.Initial Complaint
