    On Saturday 9/21/2024 around 10:25am, I pulled up to the automatic car wash and inserted my card. I selected the $12 wash. My card was charged and the machine prompted me to drive forward but the garage door wouldn't open. I paid but did not get to wash my car. The phone number listed on ****** isn't active and I have no way of contacting the owner. I just want my money back. I do not want a wash from this location any longer.

    The self-service car wash showed on the car wash system it was a $4 car wash. However, it charged my card $10. I called the phone number listed for the business and it is not a working number. This is a scam! I looked up ****** reviews and I am not the first person this happened to. This is criminal!

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Acadia's Car Wash located at ***********************************************************************************************On July 23, 2024, at approximately 12:36 PM, I paid for a car wash at Acadia's Car Wash. Unfortunately, upon initiating the service, I encountered a malfunction: the hose did not activate, and the dial for selecting wash options was broken. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their service number and discovering that the website's contact number was disconnected, I did not receive any response or assistance.As a result, I am requesting a refund or credit for the payment made, as the service was not provided as expected. This recurring issue has left me with no choice but to consider disputing the charge with my bank to seek resolution.I kindly request BBB's assistance in facilitating a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please let me know what further steps I should take to proceed with this complaint.Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.

    I went to the car wash and it said it cost $4, and you could use coins, however, I used a credit card and I was charged $10. When I tried to call the phone number listed and is disconnected so there is no way to speak with someone to rectify this situation.

    This afternoon, I used my credit card to purchase the works car wash, which cost $16. No one was in the car wash. Once I paid, the message said the car wash was in use and I would be notified when it was done. The car wash was not in use. It wasnt going and it wasnt moving. I waited for ten minutes and the message never changed. I attempted to call the number listed for the business and its not a working number.
