We hired ****** to dig a trench and lay electrical conduit at a depth of 30 inches in July and paid them $3,685.50 to do so (more than had been estimated, invoice #**** billed to ***********************). However, when ******************** came they found that the trench was only 15 inches at the pole and there were several other problems with installation that could cause us long term problems. GMP reluctantly installed electricity after months of back and forth, on the condition that we drop more gravel/soil on top to mitigate. ****** said that they would supply this, but have been giving us the runaround and ignoring attempts to contact entirely since October 14th. We have tried repeatedly to work with ****** to find a resolution.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
This company did not meet the expectations laid out in our contract (depth of conduit laid), though this only became clear after having paid them for the work. This has caused significant and on-going difficulties and delays in construction. They also repeatedly promised specific actions to mitigate, which they never delivered on.
