I placed an order on May 24, 2023. Its never arrived. They have not responded to my emails so I cant get an update on my order and as far as I can tell, its never been shipped. I have no confidence it will ever arrive. I requested a cancellation but again - no response.Initial Complaint

My garden season has almost been missed due this to company! Ive emailed them and I get back a basic FAQ page and no answers. I also paid to have the ********** expedited. My also referred my friend and they have had an order in for over a month with zero communication. Our garden is sacred to our family to maintain health and good eating. Ordered from seed sheets on 5/8/23. Quoted ship time was ***** days. At *********************************************************************************************** 2 more weeks. So, at best, they'd ship (not be received) 27 business days from ordering. Then add several days to actually show up. At that point, its too late for me to plant. I can no longer use their product because they failed to ship on time and request that the order be canceled/refund for the $115.48 that i paid them.Initial Complaint

I ordered my seedsheet over a month ago and after waiting longer than the quoted time I finally attempted to contact the company. I went on social media, on their page, and was told to contact them directly through their website, which I did. I received a response that they were not responding to inquiries. I then went back to social media to complain and was told to go through the same process; yet again, which I did. I have also left two emails with the company and none of my outreach has been addressed in any fashion.Initial Complaint

I have emailed before and have never received a response and only 4 of our pods sprouted. We would like a refund or replacement. Seed sheets offers a green thumb guarantee "You want to grow the perfect garden and nurture your tiny little seeds into giant fridge-filling harvests, so you can show off **************** and put healthy and delicious food on your table! Sometimes, despite all your best efforts, things just don't go as planned...Which is why we created the Greenthumb Guarantee. I no ordered a custom garden from seedsheet. They stated on their website that if the seed pods dont grow for any reason they will replace the pods. The only thing that grew were weeds! When I used their customer contact page to send a message I got an email saying they were too busy and they wouldnt be answering emails. This has been a month ago or so. They should not offer a guarantee if they are not going to stand by it. I paid almost $200 for nothing to grow.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 garden kits, and one large family garden, complete with the bag. Three of the garden kits were via a GMA promotion. They did not arrive in a timely manner, I had to email multiple times to get a response after it appeared they were delayed/lost in transit. Replacements were sent out missing the soil blocks that should have been included. I emailed back on that original chain with ZERO response. I reached out via instagram and while that attempt got a response, there was never a resolution, nor did I receive the missing soil.
